We enjoyed our stay at this villa very much. The accommodation was pleasant and very well located on the island, which allowed us to easily enjoy several interesting activities nearby. The host and the villa manager were very responsive and available throughout our stay. Their recommendations were also excellent and allowed us to discover very beautiful places.

Our stay was wonderful. It's a beautiful house with a great terrace. From the terrace, we had a beautiful view of the volcano and of the monkeys sitting in the trees around the property. The house was also perfect. The beds were wonderful, and it had everything we needed. The pool has a somewhat unusual location (with a separate staircase), but we already knew that. In terms of location, it is close to Playa Peru and Playa Mango, and it is also close to the river for kayaking. We had a very nice stay. Erik was very helpful and always available.

This place was amazing. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Kids loved the open deck. The plunge pool had the most amazing view and we saw all the birds, a squirrel, and a couple monkey climb up in the tree canopies. It was like being in a tree house. Great location and lots to do that was within 25 min of the house.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn't what we expected. I think the price does not correspond to what the accommodation offers. Communication with the host was good, and he always responded when needed. However, the pool is on the top floor and access is via very steep stairs, which I thought was a safety risk, especially for children or people with limited mobility. In addition, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor throughout our stay. Another aspect that made us feel uncomfortable was that the owners constantly came to the property. While we were away, we even noticed that someone entered the accommodation, which affected our sense of privacy. I think there are several aspects that should be improved so that the experience is worth the price they charge. I hope these comments help you make the necessary changes and help future guests know what to expect.

Really clean and spacious. The pool and hammock area were so nice to sit in. Nearby restaurants were very local and cheap, super yummy. Waterfall is just down the road. Host was very accommodating

We had a great stay on Isla de Ometepe! The home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. We even got to see monkeys from the property, which was such a special experience. Communication with Rudmer was easy and seamless, and Erik, the property manager, was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We're only asking for the pool, since it's not suitable because it's in a very dangerous area for adults and children, and it's only for two people at most.
