Esta espectacular finca de lujo se encuentra entre La Vega y Villeta, rodeada de montañas, un río y exuberante vegetación. La propiedad cuenta con piscina, jacuzzi, sauna, kiosco y sala de entretenimiento, dos cocinas, dos parrillas y amplias zonas verdes para tomar el sol o relajarse.
Con un clima cálido y a solo 45 minutos de Bogotá, la finca es ideal para vacaciones familiares y reuniones con amigos.
El espacio
Nuestra finca es un refugio privado ubicado entre el río y las montañas, entre La Vega y Villeta. Situada a solo 45 minutos de Bogotá, ofrece una escapada tranquila del ruido de la ciudad, donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse con los sonidos de la naturaleza.
La propiedad está dividida en cuatro áreas principales:

- El amplio jardín ofrece mucho espacio verde para tomar el sol, meditar, leer o relajarse, además de más de 30 árboles frutales.
Rodeada de un río y abundante vegetación, la finca es un entorno ideal para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Su conveniente acceso desde la Autopista Medellín también facilita explorar La Vega y Villeta, dos encantadores municipios que ofrecen actividades al aire libre como senderismo, ciclismo, pesca y más.
Acceso de los huéspedes
Todas las áreas descritas anteriormente son completamente privadas para usted y sus acompañantes durante su estadía. No es necesario compartir ningún espacio con otros huéspedes, lo que le permite disfrutar de la tranquilidad, belleza natural, privacidad y seguridad de la propiedad.

Por favor, cuide y respete la propiedad como si fuera su propio hogar. Nos esforzamos mucho por ofrecer un espacio limpio y acogedor, y agradecemos su ayuda para dejarlo en las mismas condiciones.
- Ayude a proteger el medio ambiente reciclando los residuos de acuerdo con las instrucciones proporcionadas.
- Use los recursos naturales, incluidos el agua y la electricidad, de manera responsable.
- No se permite fumar dentro de la casa ni en las áreas comunes. Si fuma al aire libre, deseche las colillas adecuadamente.
- Respete la tranquilidad y el silencio de las propiedades vecinas manteniendo el ruido al mínimo en la casa principal, especialmente durante la noche. Se permite hacer ruido en el kiosco y el área de la piscina en cualquier momento.
- Infórmenos de inmediato si algo se rompe o se daña durante su estadía para que podamos coordinar las reparaciones.
- Tome las precauciones adecuadas durante las actividades al aire libre para ayudar a prevenir accidentes o lesiones.
- Por su seguridad, recomendamos no ingresar al río. No nos hacemos responsables por los accidentes que puedan ocurrir si decide hacerlo.
- Está estrictamente prohibido usar fuegos artificiales en cualquier lugar de la propiedad.
- En la finca viven gatos, perros y animales silvestres. Respételos y evite molestarlos. Si desea alimentarlos, use alimentos apropiados y las áreas designadas.
- Las mascotas son bienvenidas, pero los huéspedes deben supervisarlas, recoger sus desechos y evitar que dañen la propiedad o las plantas y animales silvestres de los alrededores.

The house is very cozy, ideal for a group stay. The jacuzzi is a plus. Everything is very clean and well maintained. A small warning: there is a large dog and four cats on the property. They are very affectionate and discreet, but this could cause discomfort for people who are not animal lovers. One drawback: the proximity to the highway generates noise. It's not unbearable, but it's not very pleasant either.

Mauricio was exceptionally pleasant, flexible, proactive, and responsive throughout our stay. The house itself is beautiful, and my family immediately felt at home. Its layout is both practical and dynamic, with a dedicated covered BBQ area fully equipped with everything you could need. The pool and the social/play kiosk with its own bar were also outstanding. This is truly a home we’d love to return to many times over. Thank you, Mauricio!

The house is very spacious, well-equipped and has plenty of amenities including a hot tub, sauna, swimming pool and several kitchens. It is very well located and easy to get to because it is on the road, which makes it possible to hear a little noise from the road. Although it is advertised that it can accommodate between 6 and 16 people, the price to be paid increases according to the number of people who go. This is normal, however I would have liked to know before booking. The final price seemed a bit high to me. The property is in a pretty nice natural setting. Timón the dog is beautiful and friendly, he got along well with our pets.

We were with my family and some friends at Mauricio's house recording a music video and enjoying this farm. We arrived before check-in and with Mauricio's directions it was very easy, since it is on the main road, very close to the town of La Vega. Super clean, furnished, equipped and quality linens. It is a house with an open kitchen with a snow cone maker, a living room and two dining rooms plus three bedrooms with a private bathroom. Apart from a covered outdoor living room where you can see the river with another wood-burning stove and a great oven for making pork and pizzas. It has a delicious sauna, a good sized pool and a Jacuzzi. Another closed game room with a giant TV and private bathrooms. All this surrounded by fruit trees, trails where you can disconnect from the busy city environment. We had an excellent experience in this home. The place is very nice, quiet and surrounded by nature, which makes it perfect for disconnecting and resting. It is a spacious and comfortable space, ideal for sharing with the family, with all the necessary amenities to spend a carefree weekend. The weather was amazing, which made the stay even more special. We enjoyed a very relaxing and nice weekend, in a cozy and calm atmosphere. Definitely a place we'd go back to.

The house is beautiful, as seen in the photos. Mauricio was very attentive to us before and during our stay. They were very friendly and we were able to bring our dogs. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are excellent. The house was very clean, with all the necessary cooking utensils. We'll be back soon.
