We had an okay stay but there was some issues - the grill was very dirty to the point of being completely unusable, which I asked beforehand so a lot of grill meat was bought for nothing. The lights in the outside area were very old and dim so you couldn’t use the are after 5pm. the place was generally dated and not cleaned thoroughly

Beautiful, comfortable house with a wonderful and private outdoor area. The location as described, 1 minute away from the beach. Excellent! Best location in Colorado in my opinion I was quickly attended to in all the requests I needed. The staff who were in the house were very polite and helpful as well. I recommend staying with Uliana and Mario in this house. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you all I recommend Uliana and Mario's house and services

Great place! Very cozy, close to the beach, awesome location. Walking distance from the waves. Very short walk from the beach club. Very well maintained home. I have to say that the main rooms bed was extra comfortable with an amazing pillow top that made me recharge batteries every night. That was a huge plus. The pool looks bigger in the photos (hey, what doesn't) but it was very nice to dip in and cool off. Overall ver happy with the stay.
