We slipped down from Arizona with our two tweens and grandmother for just under a week. Wonderfully quiet family time and incredible view. Everything went great. Of note, I brought mountain bikes and we had fun riding back and forth to the Maya Palace on the dirt roads.

Very nice place all clean just like reviews say hot water in one of the rooms needs to be fixed but other than this it was a nice place to stay at.

This is a wonderful place and location. The beach was great, house was clean, roof has spectacular views and the Grand Mayan was a really nice addition to the experience. A special thanks to Carmen and the Kivoya team for being so accommodating and responsive.
