El espacio
Casa Emanuel es una vivienda ecológica que funciona con energía solar. Su diseño moderno y sus alrededores naturales crean un ambiente tranquilo para relajarse, recargar energías y escapar del estrés cotidiano.
Al igual que muchas casas exclusivas a orillas del lago de Atitlán, Casa Emanuel solo es accesible en lancha. No hay calles ni caminos que conduzcan directamente a la propiedad, lo que ofrece una experiencia más tranquila y privada, alejada del bullicio.
Llegada y transporte
Llegar a la propiedad implica dos pasos sencillos:
- Deje su vehículo en un estacionamiento seguro en Panajachel.
- Tome una lancha hacia Santa Cruz.
Las lanchas públicas pasan aproximadamente cada 20 minutos, y Casa Emanuel cuenta con un muelle privado para su llegada. También se pueden contratar lanchas privadas.
Una vez confirmada su reservación, se le proporcionará toda la información de contacto para el transporte y el estacionamiento, para que su llegada sea fácil y sin complicaciones.
Acceso de los huéspedes
A Santa Cruz solo se puede llegar en lancha. Los huéspedes pueden utilizar el muelle privado de Casa Emanuel o llegar por el muelle público de Santa Cruz.
La propiedad se encuentra aproximadamente a ocho minutos a pie del muelle central de Santa Cruz, con restaurantes y bares cercanos.
Casa Emanuel es una propiedad privada reservada exclusivamente para su uso.

This place was everything we needed. The most amazing view, comfortable and accessible walking distance to the main spots in the area. This side is very quite and lay back ( nothing to do after 6pm) and still in the middle to easily access in boat other villas. Nelson was incredible host, he provided all the contacts I used for everything i did. All his recommendations are the best to trust. He is extremely available at all times on your days there for any questions. Great stay!

Nelson’s place was exactly how he describes it, if not better. He was very responsive when needed anything and the place has a gorgeous view and walking distance to local town and boat arena for public boats. would definitely recommend staying there

Our stay was fantastic! The host responded quickly, kindly, and always with great courtesy to any questions or concerns. The house was exactly as shown in the photos: very clean, super comfortable and in an excellent location. It had everything we needed, making it perfect for a family or large group. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nice space, beautiful house. The bedrooms are nice. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. Clear instructions. However, a boat is always needed. Waterfront restaurants are not recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean & comfortable. I loved how each room had their own private bathroom; which is a plus for me & my family. The highlight of our stay was definitely the incredible view of Lake Atitlan, it was stunning during the day & even more magical at night! We enjoyed our stay here & would be back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
