What a spectacular home for our family and friends to celebrate Christmas and New Years! Carlos, our concierge, was FABULOUS! He scheduled everything from transportation to excursions to a crazy fun NYE in Cabo to a daily chef service! Our gated waterfront community was gorgeous w lush landscaping, beach front bar and restaurant and a 15 minute ride from San Jose! The city is magical, so beautiful! We will be back!

Our stay here exceeded every expectation that we had. The home was beautiful, clean, plenty of towels, everything we needed in the kitchen. You can't beat the pool right on the beach. We felt we had plenty of privacy and it was really nice to have a quiet beach without people constantly around. Susanna, our concierge went above and beyond and answered all of our questions promptly and with great information. I highly recommend renting a car, as getting to the grocery store and outside of the community takes some time and can be very expensive. The car rental price and free delivery to the villa can't be beat. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

We had a super time at El Encanto Villa #9! The villa was absolutely beautiful and you could not beat the amazing location and view of the Sea of Cortez in our back yard! Sitting in the pool and hot tub, you could see whales and dolphins and rays going by! Alilat made us feel very welcome from the beginning and helped us set up tours and the spa ladies. The massages where awesome I hear from my adult children! The neighborhood is a lovely collection of beautiful homes and condos. It is very private and peaceful. The only real complaint would be the road coning into the neighborhood from town is pretty rough, but it almost becomes an adventure going back and forth! We took the ATV tour that Alilat set up that is just a couple minutes down the road and it was AMAZING! we have done them in several resort areas of the world, but this was the best! Very beautiful and also fun! Flora Farms is just down the road and it very pretty and tasty too. We love it so much here we are extending our stay a few days in another house in the community! The people that own property here have been very friendly as well.
