Great place if isolation is the key, long drive into San Pedro with rough roads. Limited extra amenities that make the cost comparable to other options.

I had an incredible stay at this property! The location was perfect, with private beach access and a clean, well-maintained pool. Mr. & Mrs. Alcoser, who help manage the property, were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even assisted with getting our groceries and were always available for anything we needed. Their hospitality really made the trip special. I would love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

My family and I just stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. From start to finish the process was extremely easy and received tons of help from setting up transportation to booking excursions. Adam, the caretaker of the house was amazing! Helped with whatever we needed, always checked in and his wife even cooked us an authentic meal for dinner one night. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! We stayed here with 3 couples and it was perfect! Far enough away from town to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to be able to go in whenever we wanted. Adam the caretaker was absolutely fantastic! He was helpful with recommendations and he even brought us fresh coconuts one morning! I cannot recommend this place enough!

The house is really nice and just as described. There was a lot of seaweed and some trash on the beach which was not being picked up, while other properties do. Check in went smoothly, the reason behind the 1 star is that we needed to cut our 8-day stay short after only one day. Adam, the house caretaker who had been nice and helpful until then, got extremely upset when I messaged the host saying that the tv was not working. He was visibly drunk, bumped his golf cart against ours, insulted our whole family with an undertone of physical violence and threatened us saying we didn’t know what he was capable of. We were shocked and luckily, Simon, the property manager, arrived during this episode. His help was invaluable as he called the police, found us a different property to move to and helped us get a full refund. We really appreciate Simon’s help but wouldn’t recommend anyone staying in this place until this situation is resolved.
