This is a very beautiful home. It's a great home for big families or friends wanting to share a place to stay. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Josue was a great host. He responded quickly and was at the house when we arrived to show us around.

our stay was amazing! we had a group of 9 and we all fit comfortably into the home. josue soto, our concierge, was so attentive and was quick to respond to every request we had. he was also very helpful when it came to planning to trip, he booked all our excursions for us, answered any questions we had, and gave great recommendations. he made this trip so easy, he even greeted us at the house when we arrived! the house was only a 10-15 minute walk from everything around us which was so convenient, although there is a hill on the way to the house which can be rough if you’re tired. the a/c worked great, it was nice to come back to a cold home with all the humidity outside. the views from all the rooms were beautiful, ocean view from the rooms on the top floors. there is construction next door but we honestly didn’t notice it, we were either out the house most of the time or it wasn’t even loud enough to care about. overall, we had an amazing time in tamarindo! would recommend!!

Casa Una Mas was a fantastic stay! I and my friends thought we couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Costa Rica. The house is in the perfect location and definitely fits 12. Our concierge, Josue, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of planning and staying in the villa. The house is incredibly clean and was air-conditioned the entire time we were there. There is a washing machine and kitchen essentials if you need them. The bedrooms are also well kept. We had so much fun, and our group couldn't recommend it more.

Had an amazing stay! Josue was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout, always keeping us informed and making sure everything went smoothly. His recommendations were spot-on! The location was super central—right by all the main spots and great restaurants. The only minor drawback was the steep uphill walk to the villa. It’s doable on foot, but can feel like a lot after a night out—I’d recommend renting a golf cart if you’re not up for the climb. Also, the water pressure in the first-floor bedroom was a bit weak, but aside from that, it was a wonderful place!

Gustavo, our concierge, was incredibly proactive and responsive to make sure we had a great stay. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants easily from this location. It is on a hill but we enjoyed the exercise. The kitchen had all the basics so we were able to cook our own breakfast. Our time in Tamarindo was awesome. Pura vida!

House was beautiful and great location to the town and activities. Concierge service was wonderful and very responsive.

This house was great to stay in. It was clean and well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was nice to use. There was only an ocean view from the top deck off the upper level bedroom. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool but did have to be run at high all day or the rooms would get very warm especially the highest level bedroom. The bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have one with each bedroom. Each bedroom had a deck to sit on which was lovely also. There were restaurants and a grocery close by. You can walk to the beach although it was a very warm walk. The road to the house if a very steep hill so this was a challenge to walk up when it was so warm outside. The deck around the pool was nice to sit on and had shade at most parts of the days. Tamarindo is a busy town but there was a lot to do in the area. The beach was nice and clean also. The two concierges we worked with were very responsive through Whats App.

Nice place, with a great location and a great view. Close to lots of great restaurants and the Saturday market. I would stay here again for sure!

We had an amazing stay here! The place was beautiful (and they had it cleaned every 2 days), the porch and pool area were perfect, and it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and even closer to many of the bars and restaurants. We had a car but there was no need for it when staying here. Mauricio, the concierge, was also great and helped us book things before the trip and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Overall, highly recommend!
