Quiet private area or complex. Perfect for us and really luxurious. However, to get to restaurants, you have to walk at least 10 minutes' walk. Supermarket right across the street

Overall, this was a good stay. The unit was clean, accurately represented in the photos, and located in a nice property with a convenient location. We also appreciated the owners accommodating us with an early check-in at 1:00 PM after we found ourselves in a difficult situation upon arrival. The main reason for the 1-star rating is the restrictive power usage policies, which were not fully apparent BEFORE booking. We left the lights OFF most of the time and mainly used the AC and fans, yet still exceeding the limits and got charged xtra. Guests who prefer cooler sleeping temperatures should know the AC appears capped several degrees warmer than many would typically set it. The gym was closed for repairs for most of our stay, and the front desk/security staff could be more welcoming. Visitor access was also cumbersome, as EVERY guest requires a QR code. One of our friends was unable to visit because we could not obtain the required access code in time. Overall, a solid 1/5.

The unit was fantastic for our 5 guests (3 adults and 2 kids - 6 and 4). Private, quiet, spacious, and in a great part of Playacar for activities outside the complex. Would 100% return!

Staying at Erika’s place was enjoyable for everyone. My family continued to remark at what a good find it was and how perfect the rooftop space was, the gym access, the beautiful grounds and the convenience of the restaurants across the street and just a bit down the way. Listening to the symphony of bird song each morning and night was one of my favorite parts of the day. Close to some really awesome beaches and 5th avenue but super quiet. Best of both worlds.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and roomy for all 5 of us. The roof top space was just perfect. Erika was responsive to all our needs. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Playa

Great place. We were there for a week and enjoyed our stay. Erika was always very responsive when we had a question. The amenities are great. We were also happily surprised by all the water related accessories in the apartment (chairs, umbrella...)
