The place is clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. Good location. Clean pool. As a drawback, I would only say that the terrace furniture and the outdoor furniture are somewhat deteriorated, but acceptable, and that the place does not include daily cleaning and does not specify this in the reservation. Check-in is late and check-out is early, so I lost a full day of my stay. Overall, it's acceptable for relaxing.

The subdivision is very safe. The villa was just as it is in the photos. Very good beds, impeccable sheets, super good pillows, very nice decoration. The villa is very nice, as is the subdivision. Saam is super friendly. Conchita, the cook, is very good, as is Maricruz, the cleaning lady. The guy who cleans the small pool in the villa is a very nice touch. The supermarket is close by and there are Ubers that are easy to get. The pool service is very good and the pool is also very nice. The fridge they have is very small. They urgently need to buy or fix the other one. We couldn't go into the sea. The beach isn't pretty in that area. There are a lot of rocks. The beach is small, and on this date there's a lot of seaweed, which makes it smell bad. It's the only thing I didn't love.

The house was beautiful and the views were absolutely amazing! We had a great time celebrating my birthday a group of girlfriends. Samantha was responsive and very easy to work with. Would definitely love to come back sometime!

It's the perfect spot if you're looking for a space to spend a few days, relax away from the hustle and bustle of nearby areas. The house comes with everything you need and a super comfortable kitchen where you wanted to gossip and eat all the time there. The complex is also very comfortable and the staff and very friendly workers. I would definitely come back to stay here again.
