• Terrace with a table for 6 and an outdoor room
• Four bedrooms with a total of 9 beds accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably
• Additional inflatable double mattress and single mattress available
• Service room with full bathroom and laundry center (washer and dryer)
• Autonomous air conditioning system in each room and efficient fans in the living room and main bedroom
• WiFi and two TVs (in the living room and main bedroom) with Sky system
• Two parking spaces plus visitor parking within the complex
• Complimentary golf cart transportation within the building to and from the beach

Additional Information

• A security deposit of $5,000 (cash or card) is required at check-in and will be refunded upon departure.
• The maximum occupancy allowed by regulations is 12 people, including children, without exceptions.
• Cleaning services are the responsibility of guests and cost $400 per day.
• Food preparation can be arranged for an additional fee of $750 for two meals per day.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, with a fee of $250 per hour.
