3BR Condo in Cabo San Lucas

The location was convenient and walkable. The grocery store in the bottom floor of the building was a major plus. The condo was clean and had a great view of the harbor. Will definitely book the same location next time I’m in Cabo.

This was my sixth time staying at Paraíso Residences and my second time staying in this exact unit. The property is beautiful, incredibly spacious, and was perfect for my group of five celebrating my birthday. With 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space and was very comfortable. One of the best features is the shopping center located directly below the property, which includes a supermarket, making it incredibly convenient to pick up anything you need during your stay. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to the restaurants and bars around the marina, and about a 10-minute walk to Medano Beach, where you’ll find popular spots like The Office and Mango Deck. Capitalia is an excellent host—very communicative, responsive, and always ready with great recommendations to make your stay even better. This was my 10th trip to Cabo San Lucas, and I can confidently say I’ll continue staying at Capitalia’s properties whenever I visit. 10/10 experience—I highly recommend it!

Best Airbnb in Cabo. Located right next to the marina. Walking distance to the beach and clubs . Located on top of a shopping mall. Will be coming back soon !

This condo’s biggest strength is its location. We rented a car for the weekend I was there and we didn’t even touch it until we checked out. Host is responsive, we had a small problem our first night there and the host made sure maintenance got it fixed first thing in the morning. If you are looking for a condo in a good location this is the move as it it literally in the plaza Paraiso (mall/marina). The gym is also very unique as it is located in the tower of the plaza. Me and my family had a good experience .

Everything was spotless, very clean and tidy, which made the stay very comfortable from the moment we arrived. With a wonderful view of the ocean, which gives the place a special charm. It is a very nice space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Definitely an excellent choice and a place we would be happy to come back to.

Great stay in a very central marina location. The apartment is professionally managed and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The host/concierge was very responsive and proactive, including helping to arrange airport transportation, which made arrival and departure easy. The location is a big advantage, close to the beach and ideal if you want flexibility rather than being tied to a resort. Plenty of options nearby for food, activities, and getting around. Would definitely recommend.
