The trail is home to over 20 sloths, iguanas, frogs, and a variety of other wildlife. During Your Stay
Our reception operates daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you arrive within these hours, you can collect your cabin key at the reception, which is shared with Bogarin Trail.

Very nice one bedroom duplex cabin nestled in a nature reserve. Walking distance to restaurants and town. Next door is a restaurant with pool where you can swim for a $12.00 day pass. The accommodations were simple , well organized and clean.

A great little Oasis in the city. It's within easy walking and driving distance of restaurants and has its own restaurant and nature preserve on-site. On that note, be sure to do the day and night tours of the preserve. The guides are great!

We love Maria’s cabins! Every time we go to La Fortuna it is our #1 choice. Clean, centralized and great people. The cabins are clean and quaint, right next to the Bogarin Trail and Selva Rústica restaurant! It is the best place to stay! Loved going on the bogarin trail tour with Alex. So informative and great pictures! Love this whole area!

Very nice surroundings, with free entrance to a trail full of flora and fauna (we saw 3 lazy ones). The service is very kind and quick to respond to our needs. The location is very strategic: it is not in the center of the village, so you enjoy the rest and silence, but at the same time it is only a minute away by car. Maria and Maribel very helpful and attentive.
