The Space

The home features four bedrooms with a variety of bed sizes:

• One king bed
• One queen bed
• One full-size bed
• Two single beds

There are three full bathrooms, including one in the guest house, which is a separate bedroom with its own bath.

The outdoor area includes a lovely garden with a dip pool. The backyard is equipped with a barbecue and a patio area, perfect for social gatherings. Inside, the living room is spacious and open to the kitchen, which has an island and a wine fridge, making it great for indoor entertaining.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire house and its amenities.

Additional Information

The house is rented as a comfortable, fully equipped home. However, toiletries are not provided except for hand soap and dishwashing liquid. There is no hairdryer available, as these items tend to go missing and are difficult to replace.

After $80,000 in renovations in 2023, the property remains a private home used occasionally by the owner’s family, similar to how renters use it. Some minor wear and tear, such as loose door handles or cabinet knobs, may be present due to frequent use and quick turnovers between guests.

There is no hotel concierge service. The owner does not require a security deposit but asks guests to treat the property with respect.

Please note, this home may not suit guests who expect a detailed inspection or want a fully modernized property. For example, the outdoor shower does not have a showerhead, as the previous one was removed due to weak water pressure that made rinsing off sand and surfboards ineffective.
