Waves of Grace is a newly built home located in the resort-style gated community of Ciudad del Mar, situated in the southern region of Jacó. This tranquil retreat is nestled between lush rainforest mountains and the Pacific Ocean, offering a peaceful environment just a five-minute walk from the beach. The Space

Waves of Grace combines luxury with serenity in a quiet, secure setting within Ciudad del Mar, a private community featuring 24-hour security. The home is ideally positioned close to the beach and within walking distance of Jacó’s vibrant center, which offers a variety of shops, boutiques, bars, cafes, and restaurants.

• Quepos / Manuel Antonio: 65 km (around 1 hour 10 minutes)

Transportation to the airport and tour arrangements can be coordinated upon request for an additional fee through third-party providers.

• No entry for individuals or activities related to prostitution
• The gym is reserved exclusively for resident owners due to liability concerns
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please be punctual to allow thorough cleaning between stays, ensuring a clean and healthy space for all guests
