The Space

Welcome to our beautiful, brand-new home featuring 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and breathtaking rooftop views. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it an excellent choice for families, groups, business travelers, and more. As one of our first guests, you will enjoy a fresh, recently built property.

The home is secured with multiple security cameras for your safety. You will receive the access code 48 hours before your arrival.

Casa Marina Bahia is ideally situated just 7 minutes from the ocean and only 10 minutes from the beach. Located on Calle Playa Sur ("Beach Street South") in Potrero Bay, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, the property lies within the desirable Coastal Zone, just 50 meters from the Pacific Ocean.

You are close to Playa Flamingo and Playa Potrero, with the Beach House restaurant only a 10-minute walk away. The public access point to Playa Potrero Beach and the restaurant is approximately 300 yards from the house.

The area offers easy access to some of Costa Rica’s most sought-after beaches and coastlines, including:

Important Details

• Noise Policy: We enforce a strict no-party and no-loud-noise policy between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Complaints, noise monitoring alerts, or reports from neighbors or authorities may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
• Damage Protection: Your booking includes coverage for accidental damages up to $2,000. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges.
• Security Cameras: Installed at the lockbox, house column facing the gate, right hallway facing the front, and left hallway facing the back garden.

Note for Costa Rica Residents: Local credit card payments may include an automatic IVA tax charged by your bank, separate from Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly with your bank.
