Our experience was very good. We felt comfortable. It's an extremely quiet area! The house was clean as soon as we arrived. Very comfortable beds!

When we arrived at the accommodation, the pool was not yet ready to be used. The water was green, and it was obvious that it had not been maintained for a while. It was not until the second day at night that we were able to use the pool. Also, it has sharp tiles, and one of the children cut himself. Likewise, two of the beds in the basement had dirty blankets with trash on them. The cleaning staff returned to change the blankets. And on our last day, we ran out of water in the morning. It took 2.5 hours to restore the service. Once the water was restored, it came out dirty from the faucets, since the water tank is most likely dirty. The house is large. We were a group of 18 people, and we all slept comfortably. Alicia was always attentive during our stay. She sent us some "courtesies" for the inconveniences (snacks and drinks 😐). But it still has many details, and it really needs maintenance. I hope you can take care of it to prevent it from happening again.

We are a large family and the house was perfect for us. It is spacious and has room to be comfortable. There are some areas that are already a bit worn out, but nothing that affects it. The play area was a plus. We really felt at home. Alicia was always attentive and responded quickly to everything. We needed the pool cleaning staff to come, and they were always friendly and helpful. An excellent place to rest as a family. We will definitely be back!

A very nice house with a great view, definitely what you see in the photos. It's very large and has many amenities. It's very close to tourist areas in Acapulco and is 100% worth it.
