4BR House in Pedregal

Was overly impressed by this casa! Loved the unique layout! The pool was perfect for kids with that little platform for the less confident swimmers. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking so much easier. People warned about the walk to town but it wasn’t as bad as we expected, steep but still doable. I hope we get to return to this little paradise again one day!

This place was awesome! I celebrated my 30th birthday at this villa. It’s very clean, and close to downtown. Transportation is readily available. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is located in the best view! The photos are not compared to reality, Casa Ladrillo was much better than we expected. Terri did us the favor of coordinating round transportation to the airport and they were quick to fix a problem with the one-bedroom air conditioning and outdoor speakers.

House is absolutely beautiful, And Terris a great hose very communicative and helpful !

We had the best time! The house and amenities were amazing. We couldn’t believe the view we had! What an amazing place!!!

My friends and I had such an amazing time in Casa Ladrillo. Communication with Terri was super easy. She helped arrange round trip transportation from the airport. Andrea, the concierge, was amazing too. When we arrived we were greeted with complimentary quesadillas and margaritas and massages. The speakers connected to the outside of the house also. We found ourselves hanging out in the pool a lot. Loved everything about the house. Downtown is actually really close and easy to get to via taxi or Uber. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!

Casa Ladrillo was thoroughly enjoyed by my friends and I. Clean, Comfy and Chill. As for location we tried the walk day 1, but the uber is the way to go. They were shockingly cheap, like 2 dollars sometimes?!? Would stay again. :)

Our group of twelve stayed in Casa Ladrillo for five days and our Airbnb experience went beyond our expectations. The home was beautiful, sun lit and very clean. The bathrooms and closets were very spacious. It was a fully equipped house, from plenty of extra towels and blankets to kitchenware. The sound system was also amazing, and hooked up to speakers inside and outside the house. There was a very nice outdoor seating area where we could gather and though the pool was small but fit all of us comfortably and was perfect for relaxed mornings. I would recommend going with a Spanish speaker in general - at casa Ladrillo it is very easy to get Ubers into the center, but you do need to call the security guards to let them know the name of your Uber driver. That said, we were grateful for the tight security and felt very safe. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Casa Ladrillo!

Our stay in the house was perfect! It's a lovely house in a great neighborhood. It felt incredibly safe, the house had everything we wanted, including a beautiful pool with a great view, great bbq, and all the food we needed for the entire stay. The house is in walkable area (if you can handle some hills) with only 10-15 minutes to get to the harbor, stores and beaches. Additionally, Terry was incredibly responsive and helped us arrange transportation and provisioning to the house before us arriving there. I'd definitely recommend people staying in this house.
