Guest Access

Guests have access to the following amenities and features:

• Air conditioning is available in every bedroom and the living room.
• Electricity usage is limited to 35 kilowatt-hours per night due to high energy costs in Nicaragua, which is sufficient for a comfortable stay. Guests are encouraged to turn off the air conditioning when not in use.
• The pool is completely private and not shared with other guests.
• Five gallons of drinking water are provided per reservation. Tap water comes from a well and is suitable for washing and bathing but not for drinking.
• A barbecue grill is available, and staff can assist with its use.
• Basic cooking essentials are supplied.
• A washer and dryer are on-site, and laundry service is available for $5 per wash.

Additional Information

• Electricity is not included in the rental price. For short-term stays, 35 kilowatt-hours per day are included; usage beyond this will be charged at $0.50 per kilowatt-hour.
• For long-term rentals of 28 days or more, electricity is not included and must be paid separately.
• Average electricity consumption ranges from 15 to 35 kilowatt-hours per day.
• Conserving electricity helps keep rental costs reasonable, so please turn off air conditioning and other appliances when not in use.
• Upon arrival, guests are required to provide a $200 damage deposit and sign an agreement accepting responsibility for electricity charges if usage exceeds the included amount, as well as for any damages to the property.
