The Space

Each house includes three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, making a total of nine bedrooms. The open floor plans are ideal for family reunions or gatherings with friends. The homes are thoughtfully designed and furnished to provide a peaceful retreat surrounded by the tranquility of the jungle.

Guest Access
The property is located within La Privada, one of the safest gated communities in Tulum. Access to the neighborhood is restricted to registered guests who must present a QR code provided by the host along with valid identification.
Only guests booked for the three homes included in this listing will have entry to these houses.
Additional Information
- Housekeeping service is provided every other day unless otherwise requested.
- Aldea Zamá is a developing community, so construction is ongoing nearby. Noise may occur Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No construction takes place on Sundays. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect this.
- To help conserve energy, please turn off all air conditioning units when the house is unoccupied.
- Beach and pool towels are supplied. A fee will be charged for any lost or damaged towels at the end of your stay.
- Smoking or vaping inside the houses is prohibited. A $200 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
- Drinking water is provided, and water and ice from the refrigerator are safe to consume.
- A washer and dryer are available on the rooftop, along with some detergent.
- Parties are not allowed. Please respect neighbors by avoiding loud music outdoors after 11:00 p.m.
- Valuables should be stored in the safe provided inside the house.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.

I only have wonderful things to say about our stay! I came with 13 girls for my bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and had more than enough room for our group. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Gaby, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. She helped coordinate our decorations, arranged for an early check-in with lunch ready when we arrived, and made it incredibly easy to book private transportation throughout our stay. She was always available and attentive to every detail. The rest of the team was just as amazing, including Mike, the property manager, the private chefs, and the maintenance staff. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our trip special. Our group especially loved spending time by the main pool and on the rooftop pools. Family couldn’t stop raving about the entire experience. Beautiful venue and top notch service for a group of 25. Hard to believe a place can accommodate large group and keep service quality high. Amazing experience and wonderful crew. If you got a group, this is the team to make it happen.

15 of us stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was PERFECT! There was plenty of space for everyone and great communal and private areas around the Airbnb. The property manager Mike and concierge Gaby were always around if we needed anything at all. We also used their private chefs for breakfast every morning and it was definitely worth the money.

10 of us had a GREAT stay! Loved the mature landscaping in the back yard and a very niced sized pool. Our concierge Gaby was amazing! Arranged for groceries, a chef, breakfast cooks and more. The neighborhood was very safe with great security and perfect location between the beach and town. Not one complaint here..

We had 9 couples stay here for our “wedding warm up” party (aka Bach/bachelor) and it was amazing! We loved getting to celebrate early with some of our closest friends, and that many got to meet each other before the upcoming wedding! Now they get to celebrate as friends instead of strangers when we’re all together again. Highly recommend! The houses were beautiful and Damian & Gaby were extremely helpful for all things on-site. Very friendly too! You can tell they’re passionate about providing excellent hospitality.

We rented this place to celebrate a milestone birthday with 15 of our friends. The place was clean and as described. In fact, it was better than we expected. The concierge Gaby and manager Damian were incredibly responsive and helpful. They accommodated all our needs and wishes as well as helped us plan everything. Loved our stay!

Gaby was amazing with helping to plan and coordinate our activities for our bach/bachelorette! Super responsive, kind, organized and detail oriented. 10/10 and everything ran smoothly which is important for a big group! Damian was also amazing as a house manager. Quick responses and attention to detail. Could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely come back and stay here again.
