Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una playa privada con transporte en carrito de golf, varias piscinas, toboganes acuáticos, área de juegos, guardería, casa club, canchas de tenis y pádel, gimnasio y spa.
La propiedad está convenientemente ubicada:
- A cinco minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Acapulco
- A diez minutos de la Arena GNP, sede del torneo abierto de tenis

El espacio
El apartamento ofrece 200 metros cuadrados de espacio habitable e incluye:
- Cuatro habitaciones
- Cuatro baños completos
- Una habitación adicional que puede utilizarse como cuarto de servicio o quinta habitación
El apartamento es muy amplio y debe tratarse con cuidado.
Reglas de la casa
- No cuelgue ropa en el balcón, ya que está prohibido.
- Apague los aires acondicionados cada vez que salga del apartamento. De no hacerlo, se aplicará un cargo adicional.
- Cuide las instalaciones del condominio y del apartamento.
- No se permiten mascotas de ningún tipo. Se aceptan animales de servicio y animales de apoyo emocional terapéutico.
- Utilice únicamente las toallas blancas marcadas con el número del apartamento cuando visite la piscina o la playa. Cuídelas y devuélvalas al apartamento.
- Disfrute su estadía y tenga una agradable visita.
Acceso de los huéspedes
El acceso a la casa club y a todos sus servicios es gratuito, excepto los alimentos, las bebidas y los masajes.
Al registrarse, la recepción solicitará un depósito en efectivo de $5,000 pesos mexicanos. El depósito se devolverá al final de la estadía, siempre que no se haya producido ningún daño.
Servicio de internet
El servicio de internet en el área Diamond puede experimentar interrupciones ocasionalmente. Para ayudar a mantener la conectividad durante toda su estadía, el apartamento cuenta con dos servicios de internet:

- Telmex
En conjunto, ofrecen velocidades de hasta 100 megabits por segundo, con cobertura amplificada que se extiende a las áreas de la piscina y las palapas de las Torres H y G.

The ceiling panel in one of the rooms collapsed and fell onto the beds along with the fan, putting our safety at risk, and the entire property had cracks. Fortunately, we weren't at the place at that time, as it could have happened to us while we were asleep. Also, the lock didn't work, and we were locked out for a while and spent the whole afternoon trying to sort it out, unable to do the things we had planned. For hours, we didn't receive any clear solutions, and besides, we didn't want to take any chances, and the option offered was to “stay right there.” Really???? Another one didn't match the price paid. In the end, they relocated us, but the new place also had problems: the lock didn't work, and we ended up getting locked in. There was a noticeable lack of general maintenance. Due to the time, we had no choice but to accept. The experience was very bad. The only redeeming features are the pools, the amenities, and the clean beach. I don't recommend it.

The condominiums on the island are excellent. Security, privacy, beach access, super pools for kids and adults. Family atmosphere. The apartment was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, a huge refrigerator, we had a great time.
