Located within a private, secure community, the home is less than five minutes from the vibrant Quepos town but removed from its noise, traffic, and crowds. Manuel Antonio’s stunning natural attractions are just a 15-minute drive away.
For sportfishing, boating, and whale-watching enthusiasts, the famous Marina Pez Vela is only five minutes from Quepos. This location offers quick access to the marina for early departures while providing a peaceful retreat after an active day without a long commute.

Great location in Quepos and a friendly welcome by Carlos upon arrival. The house is neat and tidy and otherwise a great stay. The prior communication was a bit strange: several requests for passport details after our arrival time, also a request to share our live location, and upon arrival we had to ask for the address again ourselves. While cooking, it turned out that several kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned and there was no hot water coming out of the tap. For example, a cutting board on which chicken was cut had to be washed with cold water, making you wonder if it is ever really properly and safely clean. When we asked about this, we received a detailed explanation with several ChatGPT screenshots that hot water in Costa Rica would not be a given. In short: a great place to stay, but we have never had so many contact requests during our trip. In the end, there were several people who were looking with us via non-Airbnb. And all of them would not have checked in with us.

From the beginning, everything was done to make everything easy for us. The house is very nice and super comfortable. Well equipped and clean. The location is excellent, close to the marina and Manuel Antonio. I would always return

This is a really nice home just a few minutes drive outside of downtown Quepos. It was spotless, well stocked and the team was super helpful. I'd definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Teya, Las Reinas Vacation Properties in Quepos with my parents. The property was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The rooms were large and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The location was excellent—close to attractions, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore in the area. A special thank you to Helena, who was incredibly welcoming and waited for us upon arrival. She went above and beyond by recommending great places to visit and some fantastic local restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Quepos and would happily stay here again!

The accommodation was excellent, just as described. My family and I spent two nights. Very spacious, comfortable, private, and easy to get to. Helena was always available for any questions and/or needs. She gave us recommendations for places to eat, to walk, parking tips, etc. This is one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this home in Quepos! The location was great to easily get to Manuel Antonio. The area was quiet, safe and it was an added bonus to have laundry facilities on site (in a private building behind the carport). The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Helena, one of the hosts met us for check-in and sent helpful instructions on parking for Manuel Antonio National Park, and local restaurants (Mangata and Monarca coffee shop) which were delicious! Overall, a beautiful house with a great location and very responsive hosts!

We loved everything; the house is very clean, spacious, and offers all the amenities and conveniences described. Great location for those who are by car. Teya and Helena are excellent hosts, proactive, welcoming, and with excellent communication. We felt at home; we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
