My husband and I had such an incredible stay! It couldn’t have been more perfect for a Cabo getaway. We loved playing cards on the deck at sunset. The views from this corner top floor unit are hard to beat, and it felt private and peaceful. The rooftop pool was also such a relaxing spot during the day. The condo was spotless and beautifully updated. The king bed was super comfortable, and the waterfall shower felt like a spa. We only used the king room, but the extra bedrooms are perfect for future trips with friends and family. The concierge team even stocked the kitchen ahead of our arrival with our requests, which was such a thoughtful touch. Sushi at Shark Ink was right downstairs, IC Store for incredible chilaquiles a couple blocks away, and the marina about a 15-minute walk made it the perfect location. We also loved Roasted, that’s just a quick Uber away, for a meal I’m still dreaming about. We can’t wait to stay again!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at this property in Cabo San Lucas and would absolutely come back again. The building was incredibly clean and had a relaxing vibe from the moment we arrived. The pool area became one of our favorite spots—it was peaceful, well maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was also a huge highlight. It’s an easy walk to downtown Cabo and the marina, which made it simple to enjoy restaurants, shops, and excursions without needing transportation. We spent our days out on the water and exploring, and it was great being able to come back to such a calm and comfortable place to relax. One of the best parts of the stay was the incredible sunrises and sunsets. The views and atmosphere made it feel like a true vacation escape. If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing place with a great pool and a convenient walkable location to the marina and downtown Cabo, this property is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at home. The balcony view was absolutely amazing and truly one of the highlights of the trip. Sitting outside and taking in the scenery made the experience even more special. The only minor downside was the low water pressure. However, I understand that low water pressure in Cabo is primarily due to inconsistent municipal water systems, so this is not a reflection of the property itself. The location is convenient, situated right next door to a restaurant, which was actually a plus for easy access to food. Communication with Ronival Vacation support was excellent—they were responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Communication with the property manager, Sylvia, was not as smooth. She was scheduled to meet me upon arrival, but due to unknown circumstances we never connected, and the communication was limited

The place was awesome. Had everything you could need for a beach getaway. Everything was clean. Our host was super thoughtful and helpful with what we needed and even what we didn’t think of. Would definitely recommend staying here if want peace and quiet, it’s an only a little walk from downtown if you are looking for some hustle and bustle too.

This place is very comfortable and modern. The decor is very lovely and the views are fantastic. It’s roughly a 15-20 minute walk to the marina area if you want to do activities in that area, but many great restaurants are right in the neighborhood. Uber was very easy to order from here. Our family really enjoyed the rooftop pool and hot tub. Nayeli was always responsive and had some wonderful snacks for us when we arrived. The reason why we didn’t rate it an overall 5 is due to the smell from the sinks and shower drains. It was overwhelming the minute we walked in. There were covers for the shower drains (though they didn’t completely cover the drains and the kitchen sinks didn’t have covers for both drains). Had the smell evolved as our week went on, we would take responsibility for not being careful with covering drains. We tried room fresheners but nothing really worked.
