This unit overlooks Pacifico’s lush tropical landscaping, offering a peaceful retreat set back from the main pools. Despite its quiet location, it is just a short walk from top amenities such as a lap pool, jacuzzi, poolside bar, and more.
To enhance your stay, the condo includes the use of a four-seater golf cart.
The condo has been fully updated, featuring a modern kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and new furniture. Situated in a quieter section of the complex, it provides all the comforts of home—simply bring your luggage and enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Guests can experience both serenity and convenience here, with access to several on-site pools, the oceanfront Pacifico Beach Club, walking and hiking trails, and a children’s park.

Note: The condo is on the second floor and accessed by stairs; there is no elevator available.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the condo and share the Pacifico grounds and amenities with other visitors.
Other Things to Note
The Pacifico development is expanding with new properties being constructed nearby. To accommodate any inconvenience caused by daytime construction, the standard nightly rates have been reduced by 10%. Construction occurs only during daylight hours and is unlikely to disrupt your vacation activities.
If you are visiting Costa Rica to explore its beaches, volcanoes, waterfalls, and rainforests, you may barely notice the work.

Pacifico Beach Club
The Pacifico Beach Club is an exclusive facility for Pacifico guests, featuring infinity-edge pools with ocean views, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food and beverage service.
- Access fee: $35 per person, per day
- Food and beverage credit: $25 per day applied to your tab
- Facility use cost: $10 per day
- Children under 12 are admitted free
- Pool towels provided
- Complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club
- Access to beach chairs, lounge areas, and umbrellas included
Cabanas are available by reservation for an additional fee. Renters cannot reserve cabanas in advance but may inquire about availability and pricing at the Beach Club reception.
The Beach Club operates a free shuttle service between the Pacifico development and the Beach Club.
Important Notes:
- The Pacifico Beach Club is closed annually during October.
- The Beach Club may close temporarily for private events at any time during the year. These closures are beyond our control, and we strive to inform guests as soon as possible.

The condo was spacious and very clean with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The balcony was large with a table and chairs for 4, 2 lounge rockers and grill. The beach club was great with food and drink service, towels and massages available right on the beach. Conveniently located within walking distance of several pools, gym and a grocery store Auto Mercado just beyond the security gate. The golf cart was a plus to get around downtown CoCo to several souvenir shops and beachfront restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This was money worth spent. The location and help we received was above expectations. We had so many questions even had forgotten the Gold Cart key in the ignition, and the team was so gracious to pick it up for us and return it to the Air B&B. This made our trip feel at home and had peace of mind knowing we would be helped if we ever needed it. Thank you again for a memorable stat.

My family of 4 had a great time in Coco. The condo is incredible and we felt super safe. Very comfortable beds and nice balcony. The previous tenant took the keys for the cart and Jennifer gave us her own cart for the stay. Best host ever!!

Pacifico is by far the best place to stay if one goes to Playas del Coco, the condominium is very safe, nice and with walking areas in addition to the option of a beach club nearby in case you want to use it. The apt L809 was perfectly located, with a very nice garden view and equipped with everything you need. Only take into account that the apt is located on the second floor and in Pacifico there are no elevators so you have to climb 1 floor of steps. It was not a problem for my elderly parents but I think it is something to take into consideration in case you want to go with someone with mobility issues. After all, everything is perfect, thank you very much!!

This lovely and comfortable condo has all you need for a great vacation. You have a view of the garden and the pool. You are within walking distance of Automercado, which has terrific produce, meats, and wine. If you want to eat out, you have nearby restaurants for sushi, Greek food, seafood, and more. There is a comfortable shuttle Service to the beach house if you want to spend the day right in Front of the beach. The pools are large, and the jacuzzi is relaxing. Everything was wonderful.

The community is very well located, right next to a supermarket and close to many very good restaurants, also very close to coconut beaches and a 15-minute drive from Playa Hermosa. The community pools are very nice, large and well maintained. The condo was spotless, very comfortable and everything worked well. The community staff was very friendly and the property managers were very attentive through WhatsApp. It was a very good experience for my family and we would definitely return to this place.
