El espacio
Este condominio tipo penthouse ofrece vistas al mar desde casi todas las habitaciones. El área de la sala incluye una escalera que conduce al punto destacado de la propiedad: una terraza privada en la azotea con piscina.

Toallas y limpieza
El condominio está equipado con lo siguiente para cada huésped:

Se puede coordinar limpieza adicional durante su estadía con el administrador de la propiedad por un cargo adicional.
Políticas importantes del edificio
Para garantizar que todos los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de su estadía, Aldea Thai aplica una estricta política de ruido.
- No se permite ruido dentro del condominio ni en la azotea después de la medianoche.
- Si se recibe una queja por ruido, el suministro eléctrico de la unidad se suspenderá automáticamente y se cobrará una multa de $200 USD al depósito de seguridad.
- Esta política también aplica si se requiere la asistencia de la seguridad pública.
- La basura excesiva debe transportarse en ascensor hasta el primer piso y luego bajar un nivel hasta el estacionamiento, donde se encuentran los contenedores de basura.
- No se debe dejar basura afuera del condominio.
- La administración del edificio Aldea Thai cobra $150 por incumplir esta regulación sobre la disposición de basura.
El personal no ingresará a la propiedad para realizar limpieza o mantenimiento durante su estadía, a menos que el huésped lo autorice.
Todas las áreas comunes de Aldea Thai y las superficies de alto contacto, incluidos los pomos de las puertas, las puertas, el vestíbulo, los muebles y las sillas de descanso, se limpian y desinfectan.

A very nice and super comfortable place for a family vacation. An impeccable apartment with a pool on your private terrace. What more could you ask for?! The hosts are very friendly and always attentive. We were supported at all times . You won't regret it if you decide to stay here. In addition, the area is very close to the beach, restaurants, etc.

This property was a few minutes walk to the beach. There was some noise - bands playing a few doors down, not too loud. The noise contributed to the nice atmosphere. The rooftop deck was so relaxing, we loved it up there. Very comfy lounge areas, a table and chairs for drinking some morning coffee, 2 outdoor bed type things that were perfect for watching the sunrise or just the clouds. There was a rooftop private pool which was fine but we enjoyed the hotel pool more. The bed was so comfy we slept well every night, the pillows were great too. Bathrooms were great and the kitchen was great too. The decor was nice. Everything was wonderful. Book it.

Two words: Rooftop deck Seriously, why stay anywhere else in Playa Del Carmen?! Think about everything that creates a drag on a beach vacation.. fighting for parking, crowds, gross bathrooms, hauling around your stuff.. and throw them all out the window. Sylvia’s condo is everything you could ask for in a beach vacation and more. Most days were spent sunning on the deck with music, and a good book. Getting a little hot? Take a quick dip in your private pool. Hungry? Grab fresh food from the fridge. Need the bathroom? It’s clean, air conditioned and downstairs. Feel like a quick swim in the Caribbean Sea? Grab your towel and it’s a short 5 minute walk away. Dinner under the stars? Did that too. We probably spent ~90% of our waking hours on the rooftop deck. All the other things you care about were perfect as well. Clean, comfortable living areas and beds. Kitchen stocked with all the amenities of home. Sylvia and Mateo were the *best* hosts! So again.. why stay anywhere else?!?

Loved our stay! In particular, the rooftop deck, decor, and location were fabulous! We had a minor issue with waterflow but Sylvia was quick to respond and get the issue resolved. I would definitely stay here again!

Was exactly as expected. Amazing view from private rooftop. Each bedroom of his own bathroom and privacy. Place was really clean and comfortable. Felt like home. Silver she is a great host quick response and easy directions. Will definitely come back highly recommended

Great apartment, the description is correct. The best thing about the apartment is the roof terrace with pool, seating areas and beautiful views. Sylvia was very kind and responded quickly to our questions and solved our requests.

Nice place in the heart of all the action. The condo is huge and the roof deck is amazing. It’s a bit noisy but you get used to it. Remember that you are in the heart of the action just off the main avenue. We like a lot of the bars and restaurants on the side streets- jerk chicken especially. There’s also a huge supermarket by the Aloft hotel and a Starbucks 2 blocks away. Only complaint was there’s a humid smell throughout the building so bring air freshener. Also the bathroom showers can go
