Dimitrios was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We really enjoyed our stay, it felt cozy and warming, the area is perfect foe a family vacation with lots of pools and recreational parks for the kids to play. we had Felipe Motta (market) and Mansa (restaurant) at a walking distance and usefull when in need of a quick lunch or dinner. We hope to come back in the future as constand family reunion spot. Thank you Dimitrios

This apartment was everything we looked for and more! Extremely spacious and incredibly clean and wll located. I would 100% recommend this apartment for groups that are looking for an amazing experience in Buenaventura.

Dimitrios’ apartment was perfect for our large family vacation. Each family had their own room/bed and bathroom! Living room and dining space were perfect for hanging out together. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed - bonus with large fridge and freezer (with ice maker and lots of space for bags of ice). Beach club pool a few steps away was fun, especially for kids! Nearby beach is not convenient (no access at high tide, rocks and steep steps), but access to other beach club is a good alternative. The restaurant and mini market/liquor store were great (just note weekday hours are reduce when off season). Overall, Dimitrios was very responsive and attentive. Would definitely recommend for large family that wants to stay together but have their own space.

We had a great stay at Dimitrios' place at the beach. The complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained and had great pools with swim-up bars. One of the pools where the lighthouse is had good food and piña coladas. We ate at MANSA restaurant twice, which had great food. There is also a wine/liquor store that also sells snacks, cold cuts, bread, and other food items. The apartment itself is very nice, large, and comfortable. The beds, pillows, and comforters were all very comfortable. We also cooked while at the apartment and found everything we needed. We will definitely go back!
