Lakefront Elegance

What a lovely stay in this lush oasis. Tropical flowers, butterflies, birds, and stunning views of the volcanoes and the lake make the outdoor spaces the jewel of this property. Close to Panajachel but just far enough away to be peaceful. The house is large and comfortable, rich in a thousand details accumulated over the years. It's a one-of-a-kind place. This home was incredibly beautiful, spacious, and welcoming with phenomenal views of the lake! Daniel, the concierge, was proactive and helpful in reaching out and providing directions to the house along with a list of additional excursions. We had no issues finding the house. Irma, the housekeeper, was so lovely and kind. Her breakfasts are so delicious! Irma made dinner for us one night during our stay, and my entire family agreed that that meal was our favorite one of the trip. Ask for the churrasco; you won’t be disappointed! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and lake. The badminton court provided hours of fun for my family. I loved that there was so much outdoor seating to just relax, play games, and take in the beautiful sights of the lake. This home was truly a little slice of heaven on earth.

The property was beautiful and right on the beach. Our concierge, Daniel, was awesome and helped setup all of our transportation and activities, including a private boat tour and massages at the house. Having Irma on site to cook meals was another huge plus. Highly recommend!

This home is absolutely beautiful. As soon as you walk in, you are surrounded by nature, flowers, birds flying by and the view of lake Atitlan. Truly incredible! Each room had something that made it unique, whether it was the views or the decoration inside. Daniel, who reached out directly was very helpful to arrange the check in/out, massages, etc, which was amazing! And then Irma was also very lovely! She made breakfast each morning and we also had a homemade lunch and dinner cooked by her. Irma is a kind person and a great cook. They made our trip even better! The jacuzzi wasn’t warm on our first day/night, but the days after it was working so that was good too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at David’s home and would recommend it to other travelers who are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Panajachel.

Absolutely beautiful space with incredible views of the lake. The home has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The house help Irma is phenomenal - always available for meals, help and anything you need. We eat 2 dinners at home cooked by her and were very pleased with the fresh, delicious food. However the real star of the home is David. Communication was him was flawless and he was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations to us for Jetskis, set us up with a private boat ride, order us a cake, get us a masseuse and anything else we asked of him. We traveled in Belize and Guatemala for 2 weeks and this place was our favorite stay. We would definitely come back.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it is a complete gem. If you’re looking for a gorgeous home, that’s lakefront with a fantastic location. This is it.
