The Space

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of this stunning home located in the exclusive Fase 1 Playacar neighborhood. One of two "Castillos" on the property, this residence is perfect for larger groups up to 25 guests but can also accommodate smaller parties. Booking both Castillos allows for up to 50 guests.

Situated at the entrance of Fase 1, everything you need is within walking distance. The beach is only 150 meters away, and the lively 5th Avenue is just around the corner. From the rooftop, you can enjoy a partial ocean view along with a seating area.

Step outside the ground floor living room to find the shared pool right at your doorstep. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off beach sand before entering the house.

The home spans three levels, each featuring its own kitchen, living area, and three bedrooms. The open-concept design and open-air architecture allow tropical breezes to flow throughout the house. Every bedroom has access to a balcony or terrace, and the second and third floors offer wrap-around balconies connected to the kitchens and living spaces.

This gated community provides excellent security with 24-hour guards stationed just across the street.

If you are traveling with pets, please note there is an additional charge of $40 per pet per night. This includes a $10 refundable deposit and a $30 fee. This pet fee is separate from the reservation and must be requested after booking.

High-speed internet with speeds up to 1000 Mbps is available during your stay.

Additional Information

Please note that groceries, drinking water, and beverages are not provided, except for basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. We recommend arranging a trip to Chedraui supermarket after your arrival, which is a 2-minute taxi ride away. Taxi drivers will be waiting outside for your return.

We supply hand soap, dish soap with sponges, towels, shampoo in the showers, as well as a beach towel and bath towel for each guest.

About Los Castillos Villas

Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, the Los Castillos villas offer a unique and comfortable vacation experience in a prime Playa del Carmen location. While they may not feature the latest modern amenities, these villas can accommodate large groups of up to 50 guests.

Despite being an older property, our dedicated team works hard to maintain cleanliness and upkeep. Due to Playa del Carmen’s humidity, sun, and salty air, ongoing maintenance is sometimes necessary. Should any issues arise during your stay, our team, led by Danny, is ready to respond promptly.

If you prefer a newer property, we have other listings available. However, if you appreciate the charm and character of a classic home, Los Castillos villas are an excellent choice.

Booking and Security Deposit

We are connected to Airbnb via API software and are responsible for any damages at the property. A security deposit of $1,750 USD is required and fully refundable, or alternatively, a non-refundable fee of $69 USD can be paid outside of the Airbnb platform. This information will be displayed at checkout on Airbnb, just below your total.
