Escape to our lush tropical retreat featuring three private cabinas—each with its own patio, A/C, ceiling fans, comfy beds, and a kitchenette with necessary amenities. Surrounded by vibrant gardens for true privacy, guests can unwind in the large pool or gather at the fully stocked rancho to cook and connect. Just steps from the beach, it’s a peaceful, nature-rich stay with the comforts of home and the charm of a secluded hideaway. The space Our modern Cabina can accommodate 2 people per room. The room is equipped with a queen sized, tempurpedic bed, air conditioning, solar hot water, ceiling fans, a small safe, mini fridge, electric kettle, delicious complimentary Costa Rican coffee and a built in chorreador. Plush bath towels, bed linens and beach towels are provided. Outside of your Cabina you will find a private patio with a ceiling fan and sitting area. There is a lovely communal pool to cool off in as well as many mature tropical trees and flowers. In the rancho you will find hammocks to lounge in, an outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill and all kitchen accessories for those who would like to cook and dine outdoors. We have free secure parking for those renting a vehicle. Not appropriate for children under 17. Guest access Outdoor Kitchen in Rancho and Pool.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Scott . L’emplacement permet un accès facile à la plage de uvita et la queue de baleine . Le logement est propre et Scott réactif

Beautiful hidden garden, with lovely rooms and great common areas, like pool and outdoor kitchen. Lush and tranquil, perfect for relaxing. Scott was very warm and friendly and helpful in every way. we loved his place, truly recommend it.

Cabinas D'Val est à recommander !!! Logement propre et très agréable, lit très confortable. L'espace extérieur est très appréciable avec cuisine et piscine. L'endroit est calme et très bien situé, Scott nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donné de bons conseils (restaurants, transports etc ...) pour nous faciliter notre séjour. Super séjour à Uvita. Merci Scott !!!

If your ideal trip is in a bohemian surf town with the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica then book this now! Scott's place is a little oasis that has everything you need and more! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor cooking/dining lanai by the pool is so fun and relaxing. Only 3 cabinas so it is very private. The locals are the salt of the earth and Scott is The Best host! See you soon!! Deb and Mike

Everything that’s advertised and more at this beautiful location. Scott is a gracious and considerate host. I got a massage from Yurixa, she was absolutely incredible! I enjoyed my stay in Uvita immensely, and would come again.

This place is great. Scott gives really useful tips on the area (such as where to see sloths and which restaurants to go to in the area) and can help book tours. Would recommend.

Excellent stay at Cabinas D’Val—very good location to the beach (10 min walk), and close by to good restaurants as well. The bed was super comfortable! Would stay again.

Everything during our stay at Cabinas D’Val was exceptional. Scott’s place is truly special, we felt so comfortable, safe, and welcomed. Scott had great suggestions on local restaurants, activities, beaches, and was a joy to chat with. The cabin we stayed at was not only charming and well appointed but also the bed was extremely comfortable, we had everything we needed and more. Uvita is a beautiful town and the people there so friendly, we hope to be back soon. If you are thinking about booking with Scott, just do it, you will be happy you did. Pura vida!
