Location is great & grounds are nice. The studio is quite small & there's an ant problem. We sprayed constantly but the ants kept finding a way in.

Small and equipped place, just as it is put in the photos, it has a pool and is quite quiet, I would recommend it for maximum 2 people. Ideal for going to nearby beaches and restaurants, when entering/exiting you have to open/close the gate at the entrance. Check-in was easy thanks to the instructions they provided. The local manager was always attentive to any questions or needs we had. In the bathroom they could put curtains or sandblasting on the windows facing the outside as it takes away a little privacy.

The place is like it looks in the photos photos Very small, for 1 or max 2 adults, no more. The distribution is a little particular, the service, shower and sink are not together It is 150m from the beach They are very annoying with the theme of the gate, although there is a neighbor of the property who is the one who opens and closes. We woke up with the door open, however they would draw attention if you did not close it immediately upon arrival It is a place just to have a bed and bathroom near the beach, but not comfortable to spend the day

A lovely quiet little compound with swimming pool a stone’s throw to the beach, with everything you need in the little studio. I recommend it!
