The Space
This beautiful two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom villa is located within Jardines de Palma Real in the gated community of Hacienda Pinilla. It is within walking distance to the JW Marriott.
Our two-story, 3,100 square foot villa features:
- Ten-foot vaulted and beamed ceilings
- An open concept main room with dining and kitchen areas
- A beautiful covered patio with eight-foot wooden French doors leading to it
- A second-floor covered balcony
There are two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms:
- The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet.
- The upstairs master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the upstairs balcony. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub.
The upper living room has a pull-out sofa that opens to the upstairs balcony. The maximum occupancy is six guests.
The kitchen is equipped with:
- Beautiful granite countertops
- A stainless steel dishwasher
- A stainless steel refrigerator
- A four-burner cooktop on the island facing the dining and living room
Beside the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light for your getaway.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the workout room and private community pool area, which are just a short walk from the villa.
Other Things to Note
Local taxes are to be paid after booking. For short-term stays (30 days or less), a 13% sales tax will be added on top of the total rental amount.

Felt like home, master bedroom on the second floor with its own balcony and living area. Very nice, quiet place. Fantastic location - minutes away from miles-long beach. Excellent restaurants nearby, and Tamarindo is 20-25 min away.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely area of Costa Rica. Lots to do on site and great towns around with many options . The home is gorgeous, and amenities abound! Host is amazing, wonderfully responsive, has a great welcome book with local activities, restaurants and more all explained. Can’t wait to return!

My experience was great. They are very communicative about options in the area and had connections to be able to rent baby/toddler needs so that we didn't have to bring ours. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay with family. Easy access to the beach, Jw marriott, the community pool and the beach club. The beach club costs $35 to access per adult but it’s worth it if you’re spending some time as a family at the pool, while some people want to surf out front. Clean comfortable accommodation.
