The Space
This family-friendly condominium is situated in the heart of Jaco, just 250 meters from the beach, making it an easy walking distance from the door to the shore. The tropical complex is centrally located near Villa #36, approximately 100 meters from the main entrance.

Guest Access and Rules
Guests share access to the common areas, which include the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Please note the following guidelines:
- No eating or smoking is allowed in the pool and jacuzzi areas.
- The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Small breed pets are permitted but must always be on a leash and are not allowed in the pool or common areas. Pet waste must be promptly cleaned up.
- Security cameras are installed throughout the condominium and on the villa terrace for safety.
- It is prohibited to place items such as hand and body soap, bath soap, coffee, oil, salt, sugar, or pepper in the pool or common areas.
Additional Information
- Smoking and parties are not allowed within the condominium.
- Naked children are not permitted on the terrace or in the pool area to maintain a family-friendly environment.
- Laundry is not allowed on the terrace.

The stay was very good. The staff at the place are super friendly and always attentive. Communication with Xiomara was very good; she was always attentive and provided very clear instructions. The house is also very comfortable and well organized; it has everything. It is a very quiet place, perfect for recharging your batteries, especially since it is one of the last houses and offers more privacy. The only thing I think should be mentioned in the reviews is the layout of the parking. The parking is on the street within the residential complex, and the streets are very narrow. If the other houses are occupied, it gets crowded with cars, and you have to coordinate with the others to get your car out or back out in a zigzag pattern, which I find dangerous.

Easy to find, nice clean condo. Host only provided 2 bath towels when we booked for 4 people. Also only provided 1 toilet paper roll for 2 days for 4 people. Had to ask for more toilet paper. She was also quite rude when we didn’t leave a key in the lockbox even though we did not receive instructions to do so.

Xiomara place was very nice, very clean, the residence was good, good neighbours and the pool and the common area were great, it was the pura vida style. Close to the beach and walking distance from anything, recommend the place and this will be my go to next time I am in Jaco

The place is very central, close to the beach and shops. We were allowed to park 2 vehicles, we leave one outside for condominium rules. No cloths or hands are placed in the bathroom, the space is small but enough for the price. The common areas are very strict, they do not allow to consume anything, but personally I didn't have that much problem with it. Xiomara has a fast but courteous and unfriendly customer service in my opinion. You have to read absolutely every dot and comma that you describe in the details of the villa since it is totally inflexible. We were not during the night and arrived in the morning then we had no greater problem to enjoy at that time, the condominium is not for active people at night. It is described for up to 8 people however it is taking into account a sofa bed where 2 people go which is uncomfortable, I recommend maximo 7.
