The Space

A large open terrace, partially covered, allows you to relax while soaking in the beautiful morning sun. The terrace includes a jacuzzi with panoramic views of the entire bay, along with sofas, sun loungers, hammocks, and a bar with a sink on the upper level.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The main bedroom, dining room, and kitchen are located on the lower floor. The central living area does not have air conditioning, but opening the windows invites a refreshing breeze. There is also a separate service room with its own bathroom, ideal for larger groups.

The villa complex consists of six units and offers shared amenities such as a swimming pool and an outdoor teppanyaki-style barbecue.

Location

The apartment is privately situated within the same complex as the El Camino Real Hotel and the Yacht Club B Pichilingue. Both locations are just a 3-minute drive away and provide access to beautiful beaches. The B Pichilingue Beach Club offers food, drinks, and sun loungers available with a day pass.

This central yet secluded spot serves as an oasis within a lively city. Across the bay, you can see the Banyan Tree Hotel, where dining options include Saffron and La Nao restaurants. A 5-minute drive from the apartment brings you to Zibu, a restaurant known for its flavorful MexaThai fusion cuisine.

Seven minutes away is the boutique hotel Encanto Acapulco, a must-visit for architecture enthusiasts. Spend the day enjoying bay views or dine at Origen Restaurant, notable for its striking blue-lit walls.

For nightlife, Sun Club Hannah is located seven minutes from the apartment. Fifteen minutes in the opposite direction is La Isla Shopping Center, perfect for cinema, dining, and shopping. Nearby, La Trainera offers fresh seafood dishes, and their coconut popsicles and cajeta are highly recommended.
