Despite its private and secluded setting, the hilltop location is only a 10-minute drive from the renowned surfing spots and beachfront dining of Hermosa Beach.

The Space

The home is exceptional in design, featuring two separate houses that provide privacy and distinct living areas. Expansive glass windows and doors allow for abundant natural light and uninterrupted views of the ocean, jungle, and mountains.

On the terrace by the pool, there is a bar area complete with its own bathroom, gas grill, and outdoor sink—ideal for entertaining guests while surrounded by lush rainforest and enjoying spectacular sunsets from the infinity swimming pool.

Bedrooms and Common Areas

Main House

The main house includes four bedrooms:

• Three bedrooms on the main floor
• One independent bedroom downstairs, accessed via an outdoor staircase amid jungle surroundings

Two of the main floor bedrooms feature queen-size beds and share a large bathroom finished with hardwood and limestone walls. A mezzanine, accessible by ladder (not recommended for children), contains two queen beds and a pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space.

The downstairs bedroom functions as a self-contained apartment with a kitchenette, queen-size bed, and private bathroom.

Bedroom configuration:

• Room 1: Queen bed
• Room 2: Queen bed
• Room 3 (Mezzanine): Two queen beds + sofa bed
• Room 4 (Downstairs apartment): Queen bed

The bright, fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and includes a breakfast bar/island with views of the jungle, pool, and ocean. The spacious open-plan living and dining room features large sliding glass doors, a big-screen TV, and a loft, creating a comfortable space for family relaxation while enjoying the scenery.

Second House

Recently renovated and fully furnished, this house offers:

• One bedroom with a king-size bed
• Walk-in closet
• Ensuite bathroom

It also provides views of the gardens, mountains, and ocean.

Guest House

The guest house is fully furnished and includes:

• One bedroom on the second floor with large glass windows and sliding doors opening to shaded sitting areas overlooking the ocean and pool
• Closet and ensuite bathroom finished with limestone walls
• A downstairs spa area equipped with two massage tables, an ice bath, and a tranquil atmosphere

Bedroom configuration:

• Room 6: Queen bed

Outdoor Area

The expansive outdoor space offers ocean views from the entire front perimeter. Features include:

• Large fire pit surrounded by seating and a majestic tree

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property except for the middle house, which is off-limits.
