Puerta del Mar Villa 5-D es un condominio frente al mar con dos dormitorios y dos baños, que cuenta con un balcón y una hermosa vista al océano. Dispone de sala, comedor, cocina completamente equipada, wifi, Smart TV, aire acondicionado y generador de respaldo.
La ubicación del condominio es excelente, a solo 150 metros de la playa y a 50 metros de una de las tres piscinas en Rancho Santana. Además, está a poca distancia a pie de dos de los cuatro restaurantes disponibles para su disfrute.

Se realiza una lectura del medidor al momento del check-in y otra al check-out. Con base en el consumo en kWh, calculamos el monto a pagar según la tarifa que nos cobra la compañía eléctrica.

Awesome location! But when it comes to the apartment, they don't quite meet the high standards of Rancho Santana. Overall, we had a really good time. The amenities at rancho are fantastic, and everything is conveniently within walking distance. With just a little bit of investment, this place could become absolutely amazing to stay at. Tom was an fantastic host!

The condo is in a perfect location. Easy walking to 2 pools and to the main resort. The main resort has a restaurant Finca y mar (also has a bar) and a coffee shop which we visited daily. You need to pay a $15 per person resort fee to access all the amenities at the resort. It’s definitely worth it so you can just charge everything back to the condo and use the transportation services to the other restaurants and beaches. We spent most of our time on Los Perros beach (15-20 minute ride) and our favorite restaurant La Taqueria serves delicious tacos and drinks. The surf shop is located there and my daughter enjoyed surfing there. The condo is well appointed with cooking supplies but you will need to buy butter, oil, coffee, etc. The condo has two bedrooms exactly like in the pictures and a nice patio with a peek a boo view of the ocean. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is bc the sheets, comforter and towels are like sandpaper. Tom was VERY responsive and a good host!!

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

We definitely enjoyed our stay, Tom and his wife were excellent hosts. They take great care of the details. The condo has a great location and a beautiful view. In addition, the beds and bathroom were very clean. Beautiful and comfortable condo!!

This house is a must! Tom is incredible host and the apartment, is well equipped and comfortable. The view is incredible. We spent most of our time outdoors in the pool and the differents beaches. Everything was precise. Thank you for a great stay! We all enjoyed it. Everything was perfect.
