3BR Penthouse in Playa Langosta

Highly recommended, very spacious and well equipped apartment, with amazing views. Langosta is the best, prime location in Tamarindo. Family friendly, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Penthouse. The views were spectacular, the place was very spacious and very well kept. Our housekeeper was awesome! The area was interesting to get around with all of the bikes, mopeds, cars, and golf carts. The beach was beautiful and we got to see the most majestic sunset. Costa Rica is a very beautiful country and the locals are very welcoming. We felt at peace there.

Wonderful stay! If you are thinking of booking, do it. Hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful, place was clean and comfortable! We loved our stay.

We loved staying for a week in this beautiful condo. The kitchen is very spacious with all the cooking utensils and basic items such as oil, salt, sugar, pepper… very necessary and essential. The rooms are very comfortable with extra linens and also additional towels for the bathroom and pool. In the pool area, there is a large dining room with everything you need to have a barbecue and very importantly, few people in this area. Another aspect we liked is that they have 5 large containers properly labeled for recycling. Recommended without a doubt.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peninsula. The location was perfect, just steps from the quiet and secluded Langosta beach and a short walk to the more populated and eventful Tamarindo beach. There are a number of great restaurants, bars and grocery stores right near the condo and so many to choose from nearby in Tamarindo. The condo property was gorgeous, 2 beautiful pools, 2 gyms and an amazing sunset terrace. The condo itself was stunning. Modern and spacious with a gourmet kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could need. Common areas were great for hanging out with the family and multiple private balconies allowed us to have all the privacy we could ask for. We are definitely coming back soon!

Best Costa Rican experience ever. We've been renting in Langosta/Tamarindo for years. This condo was the largest 3-BR we've ever rented (or seen). Huge BRs & 2 large lounging areas so everyone had their spot. And 3 balconies! Clear views of Tamarindo Beach or Langosta Beach or both. Bathrooms were great; showers great. Kitchen has the knives and pans I'd love to have at home. Super clean. Nice to have a place so new. 2 great pools - never crowded, 1 with a swimming lane; giant cabana w tables and lounges and party-size BBQs; kids playground complex. Funnest thing - rooftop deck where everyone gathers to watch the sun set into the ocean. The beach is across the street. Past the estuary, its literally jungle meets beach (80 yards wide!). You might see 10 people for 3 miles of walking. ~ half-mile walk to Tamarindo, for the surf beach and all the restaurants. We're foodies and walked over each night to work through their top 10 list - all amazing. Kevin and RPM were also super - thanks!

Wonderful stay in Playa Langosta! The condo was perfect, well located and above all friendly and super safe! I'd recommend it! We walked Tamarindo from the condo! That was great! And the host is exemplary helpful! Sufficient restaurants within a 5-minute walk and most importantly , the same time to watch the sun set on the ocean! Pura Vida 🤙

The penthouse was perfect for our stay with 6 guests. We had 4 older college age kids that enjoyed the Bird scooters and Golf Carts we rented to get into downtown Tamarindo. It is about a 5-7 min golf cart ride to anywhere you want to go. We appreciated being in the more quiet upscale area of Langosta. The Condo complex has a gate and security guard which was great. Upon arrive we did encounter the security guard who was not aware we were coming so he indicated the condo was 'occupied' which it was not. Caused a bit of a panic so maybe confirm with Tropical Vacations that they've alerted the guard. The views were great, it was quiet (except for the howler monkey troop close by, and we liked the location. The kitchen had good basics like oil, salt/pepper and other cooking necessities which helped. There is a small grocery store, a few restaurants, and a rental place for beach and carts next door. Everything was great and we would stay at this place again.

Beautiful condo. Huge kitchen and in a quiet area right outside the loud tamarindo. We loved staying here.
