The Space
This cute and modern one-bedroom apartment is located in a safe, private gated community with access to gorgeous beaches and a pool right outside your door. The apartment is next to the main house but is fully independent and private. There is no access to the apartment through the main house. Your entrance is located via the backyard, and you can access it using the unlocked side gate.
As you walk into the apartment, you will find:
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A dining/living room space
- A door separating the kitchen and living space from the bedroom
- A bathroom located just outside the bedroom for convenience
The bedroom features a split air conditioning unit and a television. The large air conditioning unit can cool down the entire apartment when the bedroom door is open.
Location
The apartment is just minutes away from the town of Tamarindo, where food options are limitless and the nightlife is vibrant. You can make use of the onsite golf cart (for an extra fee) to explore the surrounding area or bring a car to see all that this place has to offer, including:
- Awesome jungles
- Zip lining
- Quad tours
- Mountain bike trails
- An abundance of cultural experiences
Amenities
- Access to a shared patio and backyard, including the pool
- Scheduled cleaning services available for a fee
- Laundry service not included; a laundromat is located in Tamarindo Beach
- No outside visitors allowed
- Scheduled maid service available at an extra cost

El apartamento es muy bonito y cuenta con todas las comodidades, el lugar donde se encuentra es privado y seguro, a poca distancia la playa y servicios de restaurantes. La atención de los anfitriones es excelente muy atentos y serviciales. Lo recomendamos 100%, es la segunda vez que estuvimos y volveremos.

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans le logement et ce fut top. Lit confortable, logement propre et bien équipé. Denise et Thomas sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils, merci encore pour vos petites attentions ! Le logement se trouve dans une sorte de petite ville sécurisée avec des accès privés à 3 belles plages, un gros plus. Tamarindo se trouve également à 20-25 min de voiture pour un peu plus d’animations. Je recommande !

Denise and Tommy were the best hosts! We couldn’t ask for more, they are extremely nice and attentive, they also were extra nice and helpful with us throughout our stay! Would love to go back!

We stayed with Denis for a few days at the start of our trip at the end of February. They were great host and even brought us some pastries one night when they were coming back from town! The location is in a gated community with access to multiple beaches, stores and restaurants within a few minute drive. It’s close enough to the touristy Tamarindo if that’s what you want but far enough away to avoid as well. Great spot!
