Casa Costa is situated along the first road parallel to the beach, just steps from the main Guiones entrance. Whether you’re catching sunrise surf sessions or enjoying sunset walks, the ocean is right outside your door. Nearby restaurants, bars, and boutique shops are easily accessible on foot, making this one of Nosara’s most convenient and desirable locations.

Other Things to Note

There is active construction next door, permitted seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some noise may be noticeable during your stay.

Local Quirks | What to Expect

Life in Nosara is laid-back and charming but includes a few local characteristics. You might encounter dust, insects, or occasional brief outages of power, water, or internet. Construction noise is possible during daytime hours as the area develops. If consistent internet is critical, consider using a mobile data plan.

Please be aware that local septic systems do not allow toilet paper to be flushed; bins are provided for disposal. These conditions are typical in Costa Rica and beyond our control, so refunds are not offered for such occurrences.

Safety & Cancellation

While we adhere to our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations. Petty theft can happen, so please keep doors locked, secure valuables, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private security guard can be arranged upon request.
