Ubicación y acceso
Chalet Turei está ubicado cerca de Bogotá y se puede llegar por dos rutas de acceso:
- Por la Calle 80, El Rosal, Facatativá, Albán y Sasaima. Este trayecto toma aproximadamente dos horas. La carretera tiene un carril de descenso y uno de ascenso, y es utilizada con frecuencia por tractocamiones, por lo que el tiempo de viaje depende del conductor y de las condiciones del tráfico.
- Por la Calle 80, La Vega, Villeta y Sasaima. Esta ruta toma aproximadamente dos horas y media y tiene dos carriles.
Tenga en cuenta que Waze puede recomendar automáticamente una ruta desde La Vega directamente a Sasaima por la izquierda. No recomendamos esta opción porque es una carretera sin pavimentar.

El Chale is a very nice place with a wonderful view. However, my group and I had many inconveniences. The location of the listing is not accurate or close. They send us directions (a PDF) only until you reach the municipality of Sasaima. The road is rural, difficult and very confusing. The parking lot next to the chalet was occupied, so we had to leave the cars on a steep hill and walk up. The water pressure failed, making it difficult for 12 people to shower. At check-out, we were charged for a bottle of alcohol that we did not consume. We requested the cook service in advance for our stay for an additional fee. We were counting on her, and due to a lack of communication between the Airbnb managers and the manager of the eco hostel, she canceled on the day of arrival. Mr. Ali (staff) was very kind and tried to help us, and I appreciate his efforts. However, I believe there is a lack of clarity, expectations, communication, attention and customer service in general.

I loved the place, the service was perfect, the photos are exactly as they appear. It is recommended not to take the car to the property since to get there there is a dirt road and if the car is low it can get hit. It is best to arrange a car with Daniel to take you from the town to the property, but the rest was perfect for us. I would come back a thousand times more. Highly recommended!!

Great house, great place, great landscapes. It's better to tell the guests in advance how to avoid closed roads or bad infrastructure nearby.
