The apartment has two bedrooms. For stays with up to two guests, only one bedroom is provided, and the second bedroom remains locked. If you require accommodation for four guests or want access to the second bedroom, please contact the hosts to discuss custom rates and arrangements.

Guests have access to the shared pool and private parking on the property.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood at the intersection leading to Playas del Coco and Tempate, a neighboring town.

para empezar Cindy es una excelente anfitrión y muy educada y ayenta, con respecto al el departamento para nuestro parecer se encuentra buena ubicación cerca de las playas, restaurantes, algunos supermercados, la ubicación muy privado y bastante completo ya es nuestra segunda ves que nos hospedamos en este lugar y nos gusta mucho la verdad de nuestra parte muy agradecidos.

Nous avons été sur place une semaine et tout était parfait, la proximité des restaurants, épicerie et de plusieurs plages. Ses parents sont vraiment super gentil, disponible et sympathique. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation! Merci beaucoup à Cindy, Maria, Angel et Tatiana. Nous avons vécu un super moment avec vous tous!

We appreciated our stay at Cindy’s. She was friendly and very reactive from booking to departure. The description and pictures are coherent with reality. As she does mention, parking and pool are shared with her family and first floor rental. For the time I was there, I barely saw anybody else and her family is very discrete. Better to have a car. Thank you Cindy and family for hospitality.

This place is an excellent option to stay for several days near a tourist destination. The host is very kind, and there are many amenities nearby.

Cindy su familia son muy amables con los huespedes, atendieron prontitud nuestras inquietudes, el airbnb esta muy bien ubicado para visitar las mejores playas de guanacaste, es un entorno tranquilo, silencioso y sin vecinos molestos. El espacio es tal cual en las fotos, la presion de agua es baja en ocasiones lo que hace un poco mas lento el darte una ducha por lo demás todo estuvo excelente.
