Its central location allows guests staying in Nosara to easily explore the area without the need for a rental car, or to rent one only as needed.
The Space
The house features five bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests in an elegant tropical setting. It is nestled within a spacious and distinctive garden that offers privacy and tranquility.
Just steps from the property, guests can enjoy consistently world-class surfing, iconic sunsets, and access to the vibrant restaurants and nightlife of North Guiones.
Casa Bonita includes a dedicated surf bodega designed to securely store up to 12 short or longboards, complete with an adjacent workstation.
For yoga enthusiasts, there is a shaded, fan-cooled studio patio equipped with props to accommodate up to 10 people upon request.
All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Additionally, the property offers two outdoor showers.
The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, and a quality coffee maker.
Garden and Outdoor Features
The expansive garden provides guests with a secluded environment surrounded by lush vegetation. A charming outdoor seating area borders a pool lined with Sukabumi stone.
The natural surroundings occasionally reveal local wildlife such as birds, iguanas, howler monkeys, coatis, and crabs.

Our stay at David's Casa Bonita was wonderful! He was very attentive and responsive to questions and concerns. He offered us flexibility when possible. The location is perfect for walks to dinner and the beach. We had ample space for group yoga and quiet spaces also. The pool was clean, the home was warm and welcoming. We will be back next year!!

David’s house was extremely clean and well appointed. Possibly one of the best locations in Nosara, very short walk to beach and restaurants. David was extremely responsive during our stay.

Fabulous, centrally located home in Nosara. Extremely walkable to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The home was in great condition and well maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful when we were arriving. Home is great for large families. Excellent experience and will look to stay there again.

David's home far exceeded our expectations and nobody wanted to leave! The location was amazing, furnishings so comfortable and welcoming, as well as the spaciousness of the home for the eleven of us. The home and grounds are extremely well maintained. The pool area and outside covered sitting area were our favorite family time gathering places. We did many walks around town, to the beach, for smoothies, several restaurants/bars and grocery as well as around several of the trails. David was very responsive and provided great recommendations, including our surfing experiences which were exceptional. Thank you for sharing your home and letting my family make some incredible lifetime memories! We would highly recommend this home!!!

David’s house is amazing. I’ve been to Nosara 4 times and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. I would absolutely stay here again.

I celebrated my birthday in Nosara with a group of friends and David’s place was perfect. The photos don’t do it justice and the location is easy walking (or golf carting) distance from everything in Nosara. Eating the fresh mangoes that fell from the tree was a bonus! As was being woken up by howler monkeys - but that might not be for everyone!

Great stay. Location is super local so you can walk to everything in Nosara, like the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Highly recommend. Host was super responsive to any issues we had over our week long stay.
