Descripción general
Disfrute de un refugio tranquilo y céntrico en Dominical, rodeado de naturaleza y cerca de la playa. Relájese junto a la piscina o descanse en la hamaca mientras contempla las amplias vistas al océano y los espectaculares atardeceres. Los surfistas pueden observar fácilmente el rompiente cercano.
La villa está ubicada en una ladera, a 1.5 kilómetros del pueblo de Dominical, donde encontrará tiendas estilo boutique, cafés, restaurantes y bares. La playa está a 0.5 kilómetros de la villa, al otro lado de la calle de la comunidad.
El espacio
La villa ocupa el piso principal y cuenta con un estudio de concepto abierto con impresionantes vistas al océano de 180 grados. Incluye:
- Cama tamaño queen
- Televisor de pantalla plana de 43 pulgadas
- Cocina totalmente equipada
- Refrigerador nuevo
- Aire acondicionado nuevo
- Internet de fibra óptica de alta velocidad y Wi-Fi
- Baño privado con agua caliente
Las puertas corredizas de vidrio de piso a techo llenan el área de estar de luz natural y crean una transición fluida entre el interior y el exterior hacia el amplio patio cubierto. Las ventanas altas del frente han sido recientemente polarizadas para ayudar a mantener fresco el interior y brindar mayor privacidad.
En el patio delantero, una hamaca ofrece un lugar relajante para observar tucanes, lapas rojas, monos y otra fauna exótica. También puede disfrutar de los atardeceres o cenar al aire libre durante una velada romántica.
Una terraza de patio a un lado de la villa incluye:
- Piscina de inmersión
- Sillas reclinables
- Parrilla de gas para barbacoa
- Ducha exterior
En el lado opuesto, un área ajardinada cuenta con una mesa de concreto con bancas, ideal para contemplar el paisaje o disfrutar del almuerzo. La propiedad ocupa una hectárea de terreno en una ladera, ajardinada con una variedad de palmeras, árboles y plantas tropicales.

Información importante
- Prepárese para subir escalones para llegar al piso principal de la casa.
- Debido a alergias, no se permiten mascotas.
- Para una estadía cómoda, solo se permiten bebés menores de un año. Se puede proporcionar una cuna o un Pack ’n Play sin costo adicional.
- No se permiten niños de entre uno y diez años debido a los riesgos asociados con el balcón y las escaleras.
- Es posible que haya registro anticipado por una tarifa de $25.

Our stay at this apartment in Playa Dominical was truly unforgettable. The panoramic ocean view is absolutely divine, offering so much peace where you can hear the animals and the ocean. The place is super clean and spacious, with a super comfortable bed that made it hard to get up. The pool area is also beautiful. The hosts were excellent; they were always available and responded to any questions in minutes. We loved our stay and felt so well-treated that we can't wait to return.

The pictures don’t lie, there is an incredible view from the hammock and the chairs beside the hot tub- very clear picture of the pacific with stunning sunsets. The place is surrounded by million dollar homes, I felt safe as there was a security officer down the road from the location. The downside is that the place felt much smaller than the pictures make you feel- but you get used to it. The rock solid bed on the other hand was something I had a very hard time with. I got to meet lots of cool critters outside such as a giant toad (I mean giant), these little rodents that look like a cross between a hare/ginny pig/groundhog. The bathroom was very clean and I appreciated having body wash available as I had run out after traveling these last 2 weeks. The location isn’t far from Dominical, I wouldn’t walk due to the wild drivers. Great location, clear instructions, everything you need to cook is provided with the exception of some oils/spices/etc.

Lisette and David’s property was a dream! Beautiful view, perfect dipping pool under the shade, hammock bliss, and loved the wide opening sliding glass doors. They were both super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The view was spectacular and the kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook numerous home cooked meals. Highly recommend!

We found everything very easily and was kindly greeted by a large Iguana (I secretly believe he was part of security 🤣). We were able to relax in the pool and watch the sunset. The place was clean and had everything needed. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit in the area and we were always able to come home to a wondeful nights rest. thank you for having us.

A little difficult to find but totally worth it. We needed a good home base and we found it close to Quepos, Nauyaca Waterfall and Uvita. Stunning views from the villa of Playa Dominical. Highly recommend!

If you like overlooking rose bushes out to the ocean in a hammock or jumping into the swimming pool right out the door this place might be it for YOU. There is a cafe nearby (about 5 mins away on foot), the beach is very close, I was able to walk everywhere. If you’re walking you will have to walk up three separate steep heels to get to the home but it’s totally worth it. The hosts are incredibly helpful, very communicative, reply quickly, and very kind. The home is well equipped and very comfortable. I can’t think how this place could get any better !!

Such a special retreat. The road to the property is steep, mix of pavement and gravel. Directions were great! Have to climb about 25 steps, but there is a railing. Lockbox is easy to operate. Furnishings were as expected. The view however...as much as you might be ready for it, you never are. Enjoyed seeing surfers and paddle boarders out in the morning hours, and the sunset at night. The pool was refreshing and the hammock was comfortable. I especially appreciated the quick responses to any questions. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
