We spent some very comfortable and entertaining days as a family. The house has very nice spaces for different activities, the pool, the kayaks, the terrace, and a very large TV room. Karina was always very helpful at all times.

An excellent place to vacation with family. The people who assist you are always attentive and very friendly. They make you feel at home. The house is just as shown in the photos. The internet sometimes fails, but it's nothing serious. I highly recommend it!!

From the moment we arrived, we were in constant communication with the host, and the convenience of having a support team available at all times with an excellent attitude was truly incredible. The place has an incredible view of the lake, and the weather allowed us to enjoy the place to the fullest.

It is an excellent option to escape the stress of work and also to spend a great weekend with the family. It is practically 2 hours from Mexico City, which is super convenient. The house is beautiful with all the necessary amenities. The view is unique, right by the lake, and the service from the staff is impeccable. We will definitely return soon.

Our stay was excellent from the beginning to end. The house is in perfect condition, very clean, comfortable and with high-quality amenities. Each space is very well cared for and designed for you to enjoy and rest. Something we really want to highlight is the service of the house staff: always attentive, friendly and willing to help at all times. They made the experience even more enjoyable, and we felt very well taken care of throughout the stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this Airbnb for those looking for comfort, excellent service and a first-class stay.

Karina and the house staff were very friendly to all of us; they were always attentive to our needs and made us delicious pizzas. The entire house was clean, and the view was amazing. The pool was also convenient and clean, as were the bedrooms. We would definitely repeat this experience again. Thank you for everything

The house has amazing views; the gardens and open areas are very pleasant and beautiful, and you can enjoy the sunsets. The staff who take care of the house and help with meals cook spectacularly well. On the other hand, we believe that the house requires maintenance in the following cases: 1. The toilets were clogged, and the water in the showers would stagnate a lot, causing bad smells. 2. Initially, the refrigerator did not work due to maintenance, but this issue was resolved the next day. 3. We were unable to use the pool and hot tub at first because they were constantly dirty. 4. The hot water in the upstairs bedroom bathrooms didn't last at all; it ran out quickly. Finally, the layout of the house is a bit complicated, because if we forgot any supplies, we had to go up and down to the kitchen.
