This upscale condominium is located in a newly developed complex in Pedregal, showcasing a unique blend of rugged beauty and architectural elegance. You will wake up to breathtaking sunrises every morning, whether you are lounging in the master bedroom, sipping coffee on the balcony, relaxing on the couch in front of the 42-inch flat-screen TV, or preparing breakfast in the gourmet kitchen.
The ultra-luxurious hillside property lies within the premier, private El Pedregal community of Cabo San Lucas, known for its multi-million dollar homes and Old World charm. The community features electronic gates with a security guard stationed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and guards patrol by automobile for added security.
Location
The condominium is ideally situated for walking the charming cobblestone streets to access the marina, downtown Cabo shopping and dining, as well as Cabo's famous nightlife.

Each room in the condo has been professionally decorated, is air-conditioned, and offers all the comforts of home. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel GE appliances. The spacious bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, ample closet space, and bedside alarm clocks.
The beautifully landscaped grounds invite you to stroll through the various levels and gardens. Relax by the infinity edge pool or soak in the jacuzzi overlooking the bay. Entertain guests on the large party deck equipped with a gas-fired barbecue grill. Daily maid service is available upon request.
Our concierge can arrange for you to be greeted and picked up at the airport in a private air-conditioned Suburban or coach van. We can also stock the kitchen in advance and arrange for a private chef if desired. Additionally, we can confirm your tee times and book spa appointments before your arrival.

- 1/2 mile from the marina
- Just over one mile from Medano Beach, Cabo’s most popular beach
Taxi service to and from the condo to downtown Cabo San Lucas and Medano Beach is available for as little as $10 USD for one-way transport. It is easy to hail a cab while in town or at Medano Beach. Our property manager can provide phone numbers for taxi drivers who will pick you up at Las Cascadas.
Parking is available free of charge for one vehicle in the covered parking garage of the complex and does not require a parking pass.

This was the perfect place to stay in Cabo. The place is spacious and the view is unmatched. They have such a great team to take care of you. They arranged airport pick-up and drop off, a stop to Walmart, and we were welcomed with ice cold beers which was the best way to start our trip! They organized all of our services and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo is at the of a hill so if you plan to wear heels, plan to get taxis everywhere. You are super close to anything but the hill steep and takes about 10 mins to walk with flats.

The Condo was perfect for us. Well supplied. We walked into town and back up the hill several times. From reading other reviews other guests got a taxi but we enjoyed burning off a little of our dinner. Great restaurants in local area. Definitely recommend and plan on staying again in the future.

The place is amazing, the views are Unreal real and the manager will literally get you anything in a matter of minutes (cab, food, water, you name it). I extended my stay 4 more days just to enjoy the relaxation!

Pics don’t do this place justice! Great location, large rooms, view is unmatched! Had great communication with our concierge Carlos, helped us with anything we needed. Even arranged a Covid test right in the condo for $50 (worth the convenience). It’s really difficult for Uber’s to get through security at the front gate, so my advice is to call the security and let them know that your Uber is on the way and give them another call once the Uber has arrived at the gate. With that being said it was an absolutely amazing stay and would definitely recommend!

What a fantastic condo and location! Walking distance to town but also aways from the loud nightlife if you need to sleep and get up early like we did for diving! Kristi gets back to you very quickly and her local contact, Carlos, is fantastic! The condo was well appointed, the beds comfortable, the views stunning!
