Each bungalow is custom-made with tasteful furniture and finishes, including beautiful Costa Rican hardwood floors and stylish wooden furnishings. The spacious living area includes a bar, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open dining room, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.
From every room, you can enjoy invigorating oceanfront views. The master bungalow has a king-size bed, while two additional bungalows (in a two-story building) each contain two double beds. Every bungalow includes a private luxury bathroom, an outdoor hot water shower, a fan, and a balcony furnished with a table and two rocking chairs.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is nice, surrounded by a beautiful setting, and has excellent ventilation and good light, which makes it very pleasant. In addition, the layout of the bedrooms provides a lot of privacy, making it a very good option for both couples and groups. During our stay, there was some noise in the mornings from the neighboring property, mainly due to gardening work with a blower and trucks transporting material for a nearby construction site. We understand these are situations beyond the hosts' control, but we think it's helpful to mention it so future guests know what they might encounter. Upon arrival, the pool was a little dirty, but after reporting it, it was cleaned and improved considerably, which we appreciate. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we think the property has a lot of charm and great potential.

I loved our stay here. The setting is pretty unreal and so relaxing. Tons of wildlife passes through the property on a daily basis. We had two families stay here (7pp) and the layout worked well for us. I was concerned about not having AC but it wasn't an issue as the in-room fans were strong. It took a little getting used to stiff mattresses, but after a few nights was ok. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and it was nice to come back to the small pool. We hired a chef that house recommended for one meal and he was great. We cooked most meals and found the kitchen easy to use, but we also went out a few nights at a nearby lodges (reservations are often required). As others recommended, you need to load up on supplies in Puerto Jimenez. We went back mid week to get some more stuff and it takes 30 mins to market. They have an extra deep freezer so we loaded it with ice which was great for drinks and smoothies all week. We hope to return someday.

We could not have had a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. The home is positively incredible, the location is perfect and the wildlife was abundant each day. The breeze from the water, as well as the noise of the waves on the rocks was so soothing. This is our third stay in the area and by far our favorite house! Isaac is a wonderful caretaker of the home, lovely and gentle spirited. He answered all of our questions. it was very hard to leave this gorgeous place. We could not be more grateful.

Ximena’s property was great for our family of 4. Incredible views and property close to surf. Kitchen had everything needed. House was cleaned every day and Isaac( the caretaker) and Ximena were very kind , responsive & honest. Thank you! Gracias & Pura Vida!
