Great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Good location and easy check-in. Eduardo was responsive and helpful when needed. Would happily stay again.

Great place to stay right in the center of Tulum, with in walking distance to great restaurants and bars, I would highly reccomend this place to other guests.

Everything was great at home. Eduardo and Noemi were always very attentive to our needs. They recommended a very good chef and we had a great time, the food was really good. We almost didn't go out because the weather was bad, but we really enjoyed the pools and this house with a very authentic style.

Eduardo and Noemi were very responsive and helpful. The house itself met our needs as we had a big family. The only thing that could be improved upon is the stains on most of the towels that were provided and the maintenance on the pool. As the pool didnt have any chlorine tablets in the floaters. (Noemi was responsive and did help fix that situation). Over all I would recommend this place as its a great walkable location and very responsive hosts.

We had the absolute BEST stay at Casa Balocchi! This Airbnb was perfect for our large group getaway. Having nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and three swimming pools gave everyone space to relax and enjoy — no one ever felt crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishware and everything we needed to cook and serve meals, and the air conditioning was strong and cold, which was such a relief after hot Tulum days. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Every single one of my guests was impressed and extremely happy with the stay. The house is also perfectly located in central Tulum, just a short drive or walk to the main strip with tons of taco shops, food spots, and convenience stores nearby. Eduardo was a wonderful host — very responsive and helpful — and his cohost Noemi greeted us on arrival and made sure we were settled in. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time, and I would 100% stay here again. 10/10

Eduardo & Noemi were extremely helpful and responsive. They provided great transportation recs, we used David w/ Tulum taxi. David was super punctual, professional & reliable! Overall the Airbnb was perfect for our group, there were plenty of comfy beds. The AC worked great in every room! We would for sure book this house again, it was a great location. The only two things that can be improved are the number of towels provided & cleanliness of them, there were quite a few mysterious stains.

Noemi was such a gracious and helpful host one of the best ever!!! We had a AC issue and to accommodate we received a gift that was appreciated. Great location and pool was everything would definitely use the property again!!!!

A very beautiful place. Some ware and tear, but nothing you wouldn’t expect. The house is very tropical and def a fun place to stay. My group absolutely loved it.
