El espacio
Casa Lumbre es un loft moderno a orillas del lago de Atitlán, ubicado en el tranquilo pueblo de Tzununá. Rodeado de majestuosos volcanes y vistas impresionantes, ofrece un entorno sereno para bajar el ritmo y reconectarte con la naturaleza.

Pasa tiempo junto a la piscina o relájate en las áreas exteriores mientras admiras el paisaje. Date un refrescante baño directamente desde el muelle, o enciende una fogata por la noche y disfruta del calor bajo el cielo estrellado.
Casa Lumbre es ideal para parejas, viajeros solos, viajeros que buscan ir sin prisa y nómadas digitales que desean crear nuevos recuerdos significativos.
Cómo desplazarse
Bajar el ritmo y desconectarse no significa quedar incomunicado. La propiedad cuenta con un muelle privado y también está a poca distancia a pie del muelle público de Tzununá, lo que facilita viajar en lancha o tuk-tuk y visitar los pueblos más animados y orientados al turismo alrededor del lago de Atitlán.
Acceso de los huéspedes
Brillo Mio Lodge Atitlán cuenta con tres lofts, cada uno con capacidad para dos personas. Los huéspedes comparten las siguientes amenidades:

El temascal y la fogata están disponibles por un cargo adicional y deben solicitarse al menos con un día de anticipación.
Información importante
Recomendamos traer todos los alimentos y artículos personales necesarios. Aunque hay tiendas en San Marcos, aproximadamente a 2 kilómetros de distancia, y en Tzununá, aproximadamente a 350 metros, es posible que no tengan todo lo que necesitas.
La propiedad tiene terreno irregular y pendientes pronunciadas, con muchas gradas en todo el lugar. Ten precaución en las áreas inclinadas. Se requiere un alto nivel de movilidad para desplazarse por la propiedad y sus alrededores.
Aunque el loft ofrece las comodidades necesarias, está rodeado de naturaleza, por lo que ocasionalmente puede haber insectos.
Cortes de energía
Pueden ocurrir cortes de energía debido a las condiciones climáticas, las temporadas de viento, las tormentas fuertes o la alta demanda durante la temporada alta. Cuando ocurre un corte, notificamos de inmediato a la empresa eléctrica, aunque la solución está fuera de nuestro control.
Una planta eléctrica con suministro racionado proporciona los servicios básicos hasta que se restablece la electricidad. El Wi-Fi se verá afectado durante un corte, pero el agua caliente y la estufa seguirán funcionando porque funcionan con gas.

The view is so beautiful and captivating, both day and night (by moonlight), that it quickly takes your mind off your worries. The cabin is equipped with everything you need and is of a very high standard. The town of Tzununá is super quiet with stores that have what you need. Recommended for couples!

We absolutely loved our stay on the lake, the house and view were absolutely beautiful. We were so comfortable and so happy. Lucia was an amazing host, always very responsive and quick with her responses. We will definitely be back here if we were to visit guatemala again!

Lucia’s place was magical. Our view was right in front of the lake, and we got to watch the sunset and sunrise right from our balcony! Lucia was really active in communicating with us, which made our stay comfortable and inviting. She is very clear with instructions. Yes, her location does require walking, but so does majority of stays in Atitlan! Thank you for having us :)

We had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb. A true haven of peace, ideal to recharge your batteries. The view of the volcanoes is simply magnificent, from sunrise to sunset. The accommodation is modern, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The lush, flower-filled garden creates a soothing atmosphere that makes the place even more pleasant. The pool and pontoon are a real plus to fully enjoy the lake. In addition, a lancha is available just 5 minutes away, making it easy and quick to get to the other villages around the lake. If you are looking for a peaceful place with a breathtaking view and all the comforts you need, we recommend this accommodation without a second thought. Thanks again to Lucia.

Spectacular experience with a direct view of the lake. Lucia was very nice to us and was very attentive, helpful and responded very quickly to all our concerns. It has a pool from which we could enjoy the sunset. Watching the sunrise from the balcony has been an unforgettable experience. We went to San Juan and San Marcos by tuk-tuk, very accessible. You definitely have to come to this place.

Brillo Mio was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. Tzununa is very quiet especially compared to other towns. There's no coffee shop you can easily walk to, but you're far from stranded. There's still a handful of restaurants, and close to the public dock. As a couple, it was exactly what we wanted. The unit itself was great - the balcony, bathroom views, and floor to ceiling windows especially. The pool isn't well maintained but was still so picturesque.

Brillo Mío is a gem on Lake Atitlán. The place is beautiful, access to the lake is very convenient, and Lucía is an excellent host. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!
