Incredible view of the ocean and arch of San Lucas — Rooftop is incredible. Very close to several beaches too. The condo itself was spotless and clean. Beautiful place highly recommended. I will be back asap!!

We enjoyed our long stay at this lovely condo. Matthew is a great host, and responds within minutes to any questions. The condo has amazing views, excellent hot water and pressure, and friendly staff who keep pool & common areas clean. We felt very safe and experienced no power outages or insect issues. Kitchen is well-outfitted and all the appliances worked. Roomy assigned indoor parking space in the garage next to elevator was convenient, as was location next to 2 supermarkets. Other residents were most families or older couples and considerate. Swam in all 3 pools, used gym - well-equipped and always clean. We enjoyed the terrace and hot tub, which is regularly maintained. Issues- I was disappointed that the pools are not tiled as pictured, but plain cement. Air con needed to be fixed twice , found bed linens in damp wad in dryer on arrival and all towels still wet, air con in master bdr began leaking and tech did not return to fix for 6 days. Overall good experience.

Matthew’s place was the PERFECT spot for our girls’ getaway weekend! It was comfortable, clean, and absolutely beautiful. We loved spending time on the rooftop and balcony, and the rooms were spacious and super comfy. Matthew was a champ with communication, and he went above and beyond to help fix a wifi issue that came up mid-way through the trip. Book this spot now—you won’t regret it!

I wasn't able to stay in Matthew's place, as my son and I got sick before our trip and had to cancel, but a friend of mine was able to go to his place. Matthew was very communicative and responsive, and went above and beyond before our stay to get us a crib. He swapped out the check-in information so my friend was able to check-in seamlessly. Some elements that others may want to know when booking the place that my friend communicated to me: The view is mostly of Costco and parking lots, with the arch in the very far distance. While close-ish to the water, the beach is not walkable (there is a walled off highway that you are unable to cross). The place had a musty smell and the hot tub was dirty and not working properly. The grass tennis court in the pictures doesn't exist anymore. The bath towels were old with holes. Upon arrival, there was general grime everywhere (remnant food on dishes, a half smoked cigar in a kitchen drawer, used old wet coffee grounds in the coffee machine).

Definitely an excellent accommodation, it totally matches what the photographs show, a quiet location with supermarkets where you will find everything within walking distance, it has everything for an unforgettable stay, Matthew is always very attentive to my family and personally we would love to return

Matthew’s place was amazing. Great views from the two balconies of the Arch, lots of sunlight. Contemporary condo with all the amenities from home. Bathrooms were spotless as was the kitchen. Jacuzzi up on the roof was perfect and relaxing. Initial entry through security was easy and parking was easy. One note on getting there, my Google Maps and Apple Maps seemed to have placed the marker position for the address listed in the Airbnb app (“get directions”) across the highway from the condo, so ignore that. Wonderful location with easy access to marina and downtown. Highly recommend!
