Check-in was super easy, the facilities are very nice, the place was clean, we had a problem with the main bathroom, and they came right away to fix it. However, it continued to show the error, but we didn't want to waste any more time on it.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. The terrace and the view are very nice, and we really enjoyed it. The host was always available for us! We will be back!

Me and a few friends decided to go to Cancun for my birthday trip. This location is exactly like the pictures! Very friendly staff, beautiful views and made us feel safe. My only complaint I would make is we decided go boom the airbnb first. The automated message after booking recommended an early check in because we landed at 11am. The host immediately told me no early check ins even tho I consistently checked the availability and there werent any bookings the week that we booked. So Im not sure why send out an automated message suggesting early check in its going to be possible regardless of the circumstances. But other than that I highly recommend booking and staying at the Amara. I cant wait to visit again!

Hardly any hot water in the shower even though the same bath vanity had hot water...Also no bottled water if you are worried about drinking the water...But very spacious and the view is amazing and very clean...A nice place.
