The host was great, very proactive and responsive whenever I had a question, and communication throughout the stay was excellent. The place itself is good overall, but we did run into a few maintenance issues. Some of the light bulbs, particularly in the bathroom and pool, either didn’t work or constantly flickered. The AC in the room we stayed in was barely cooling, even when set to the lowest temperature, and the refrigerator didn’t seem to be freezing properly. To be fair, the area experienced around three power outages during our stay, although service was restored fairly quickly each time, so that may have contributed to the refrigerator issue. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad and I think the price was fair for the property. Our personal experience just wasn’t great because of the issues mentioned above. The good thing is that most of them seem like relatively straightforward maintenance items, and once addressed, I think the experience could be significantly better.

Perfect bedrooms and bathrooms... Clean and fragrant... Clean bathrooms already stocked with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap... Comfortable room... Fully equipped kitchen... Clean outdoor area with a perfect pool The house is impeccable... I highly recommend it... In addition to being very quiet, with no noise, there's only nature. We were going to stay for 2 days and extended the stay for another 2 days... Thank

This is the second time I've stayed at Paul's apartment. I think it's an excellent place to spend a quiet weekend with the family. We really like it because of its proximity to the beaches and the fact that downtown San Juan del Sur is just a few minutes away. Communication with the team and the service were very good.
